  Just spent a week here - had a "girls getaway" with my mother. Loved it so much, I am already looking for a way to come back soon. The view alone was worth the drive (5 hrs from North-West GA). I took a ton of pictures right from the balcony - shrimp boats, container ships, etc. And you don't need to pay for a dolphin cruise - you can watch them right from the balcony. So, be sure to get the biggest coffee mug you can handle, sit on the balcony and enjoy. Why the biggest? Well, because once you see what I'm talking about you'll want that morning cup of coffee to last forever. A couple of things - be sure to bring some bug spray and matches. Sand gnats are small but mighty creatures. You'll need bug spray for the obvious reasons and matches to light two citronella candles Sharon has on the balcony. As for everything that has to happen prior to your arrival, Sharon is probably the best person you'll want to rent from. She will answer all your questions (even silly ones, like I had). She will keep communication open and will make sure everything is good to go. And she will be there for you should you have more questions once you are there. In "two words or less" - this was the best week off I've had in a long time. If you need to relax, this is the place to be. Thank you Sharon! I hope to be back soon!

  My husband and I stayed in this condo last week. We had such a wonderful time. You can sit on the balcony and see the dolphins swimming and jumping but I will suggest if possible, bring binoculars. Everyday we had huge cargo boats go by and shrimper boats. The condo was cozy. Had everything we needed. A few of our personal favorites were, Coco’s Sunset Grille. The food was really good, and the locals were nice, friendly and entertaining. We also ate at A-J's Dockside. The food here was also good. Very fresh and well worth the visit. We also visited the lighthouse and Fort Pulaski. If you have time, a day trip to Savannah would make you trip complete. We did a walking tour which Savannah has a lot of history. But it also has Paula Deen's restaurant. The food here was good down home cooking. We will definitely keep this place in mind for a return visit.

  Sharon is great to work with! She took the time to answer all of my questions and make recommendations for the island too. We had the chance to check in early, but we had already paid to ride the riverboat in Savannah. The condo looks exactly as the pictures do. It is small, but we spent most of our time out anyway. I would like a little more space in the bathroom for getting ready, and in the bedroom for our suitcase, but it was ok. I was suprised that we only had 4 towels in the bathroom, but we did have access to washer/dryer. I am sure if I had asked for more towels, Sharon would have been glad to help, but we just made it work. The condo was clean. Great view, we saw ships and dolphins every day. The beach is not the same as the other end of the island, the water is very calm, but I enjoyed sitting on the beach and my husband and son enjoyed swimming. There was a dolphin swimming about 20ft away from them, that was so neat!! We never saw anymore than 5 or 6 other people on the beach when we were there, this would probably never happen on the other end of the island! The pool was nice and not too crowded. The umbrellas at the tables were nice to get a little shade from the sun when I got hot. There is a bathroom at the pool too which was convenient too. Overall it was very nice and again Sharon was great to work with! You have to eat at Stingrays, it is our favorite and we eat there every time we come. The shrimp there are amazing! We waited in the rain Sat. night to eat there along with a lot of others too, that is when you know it is good! Thank you so much for working with us and for the extra time!! We would definitely stay again!

  This was the first visit to Tybee Island for my husband and I. We will definitely be returning! The condo was perfect for the two of us. I loved how easy it was to go to and from the beach. The beach was never crowded and very clean! My favorite part of this vacation was being able to see dolphins from the balcony and when walking and/or sitting on the beach! Thanks for sharing this great property!

  This rental was perfect for us. The grandchildren enjoyed the bunk bed arrangement and we grandmothers were able to enjoy the sleeper sofa and queen bed. The dining table and chairs offered dining space without taking up living space when not in use. Having the pool was a lifesaver. The boys were in the pool or ocean for most of the day. Our reservation and preliminary communication was easy and helpful. I highly recommend this unit and owner. All of that and it is beachfront, too. We will be back!

  This was my second time this year at this Condo. I love it!! My children enjoyed themselves...This is definitely my home away from home. I went before the renovations and after the renovations, and after the renovations it created a lot more space even before the renovations it was still just as nice. It is always clean. I will be returning a lot more in the future...Thanks Sharon! It is worth every penny.

  We came down to see the Tall Ships Parade, and this was the PERFECT location. We sat on the balcony and watched everything in comfort. Not only did we see the Tall Ships, but huge container ships who looked like they were sitting on top of the water barely moving and shrimp boats surrounded by gulls and pelicans begging for the tidbits that were being thrown overboard. If you are looking for a quiet retreat to mentally recover from the rat race of life, then this is the perfect little condo to help you regain your sanity. We went down to the docks by Capt. Mike's and got fresh shrimp to boil every night for dinner and ate on the balcony enjoying the breezes and sights and sounds of the water.

  This condo was in a very quiet neighborhood (gated). The deck looks out onto the ocean. We enjoyed our breakfast during our mornings out there since there are tables. Beautiful scenery. The beach is right outside the door.There is a nice pool that my daughter really enjoyed. It was the perfect size for a couple or couple with a small child or two (one bedroom/bunk beds in the hall). You're a short drive from Savannah, so we enjoyed the beach during the day and enjoyed the city at night. Owner was very nice with reasonable rates and flexibility. Thank you, Sharon, for letting us enjoy your condo!

  We just returned from a fabulous vacation on Tybee Island. We stayed at this cozy beachfront condo and were more than pleased. The condo is very clean with some very nice upgrades and recent renovations completed. The condo faces the ocean, and we enjoyed watching the wind surfers, boats and ships from the comfortable and private balcony. The location of the condo is set in a very, pretty residential area. Walking, running and biking along the quiet streets is very enjoyable. You are a few steps from the pool and beach access too. We will stay here again!!
