Tybee Island, Georgia... Come stay at our home away from home! Our complex is Savannah Beach & Racquet Club, a gated community in a quiet, residential area on the north side of the island featuring 2 swimming pools, 3 tennis courts and 710 feet of private beach. Enjoy long walks on the beach during sunrise,sunset or anytime you'd like. Spend time watching the pelicans dive into the water to catch dinner. Experience the wonder of dolphins frolicking in the ocean, shrimpers pulling in their catch for the day and ships arriving and departing to and from distant locations.
Our beach is also a great place to throw in your line or try your hand at clamming!
Our condominium complex has a strict "no pets" policy. Our condo is a smoke free environment, but you may smoke on the balcony only. We spend exacting care on providing you with our super clean condo, plenty of fresh linens,towels,and blankets, and various pool and beach toys. We have a small paperback library and we're happy if you start a book and decide to take it home to finish!
We ask that you provide your own beach chairs and towels. We do have a laundry service room across from our unit for paid washing and drying. $1.75 per wash, $1.25 for dry. There is also a dispenser machine for .75 if you've forgotten your laundry soap.
Overlooking the South Channel, our one bedroom, one bath 545 square foot condominium is just 20 minutes from downtown Savannah and a cozy retreat away from the hustle and bustle!

Great oceanfront condo. Perfect for one or a couple. Clean and comfy, Sharon and Mike were very helpful and attentive. I really appreciated being able to book this at the last minute. Thank you for a peaceful happy weekend at the beach.

i had the best time , in this condo , i stayed the whole month of march, 2011. and the sights and the sounds of the surf were wonderful. the beach was very relaxing to walk on , any time of the day, the condo itself, is very comfy, and the balcony was my favorite spot for mornig coffee. the owners are very easy to get a hold of. and are easy and care for your comfort. the condo had everything you needed to m,ake a wonderful stay , stress free. and it is easy to get around, the area, all in walking distance, of bars, restaurants, and shoppe's/ i can't wait to come back next year for another month . of r7 R. THANXS SHARON & MIKE FOR MAKING THIS A GREAT AND FUN VACATION RENTAL .

We had an outstanding time at Tybee and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and nicely appointed. The view from the patio was our absolute favorite. We were able to relax, not get too hot, and watch the dolphins (no need for a dolphin tour). Some of our other favorites while there were: - Sea Kayaking (my husband hated this, but I truly enjoyed it) - Huck-a-poos - Great food and prices and casual atmosphere (Thanks Sharon) - Crab Shack - very touristy but weather permitting the deck is great for steamed seafood - The Breakfast Club - best breakfast around and sit at the counter to watch the masters (Thanks, again Sharon) We would not hestitate to go back or recommend Tybee AND this condo to anyone! This may just become our home away from home.

The complex is nice and quiet, everyone is super sweet, too! it is on the north side of the island, so it gets you away from the tourist crowd. you have a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. we watched the dolphins and shrimp boats for hours. there is plenty of room for the kiddos to play. we cannot wait until we can return. will definitely be going back!
