This new luxury townhome is located in the gated community of Stoneledge on Lake Keowee in South Carolina. Lake Keowee is a beautiful family oriented lake covering 18,500 acres. It is within easy driving distance of many mountain towns such as Highlands and Cashiers. There are many waterfalls in the area as well. Additionally there are over 20 golf courses nearby.
This beautiful community includes stone and cedar exteriors and finely appointed interiors with hardwood flooring. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room and master bedroom overlook the lake. A patio and screened porch with ceiling fan invite you to relax or dine in the serene setting. Enjoy the watersports of a lake setting or walk along the winding paths. The bedrooms are large and each bedrooom has a full bath and there is also an additional half bath downstairs.
This is a great place to bring the family, enjoy the kids and get away from the hustle of everyday life. But you will find that you are only ten minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, movies, churches and a hospital.

Sep-Nov .. $1000/week.
Dec-Apr .. $ 900/week.
In addition: $85 cleaning fee and $150 damage deposit (returnable).
$350.00 deposit due upon reservation. ($150 will be returned if no
damage and unit is left in reasonable shape)$200 is applied to owed $.
