This unit is the northwest ground floor unit of Treasure Island Condos on Seven Mile Beach. It is very private relative to other units in the complex and a premier corner unit which has been completely renovated with granite counter tops, side by side fridge with ice maker, built in microwave and a glass top stove.
The unit has a new Sony flat screen TV is in the living room as well as the master bedroom. Both are 27" and is cable.
