This unit is the northwest ground floor unit of Treasure Island Condos on Seven Mile Beach. It is very private relative to other units in the complex and a premier corner unit which has been completely renovated with granite counter tops, side by side fridge with ice maker, built in microwave and a glass top stove.
The unit has a new 32" LCD High Definition flat screen TV in the living room as well as a 27" TV in the master bedroom.
The unit is rated Excellent by the Department of Tourism of the Cayman Islands for the 2011/2012 season. Please ask for copy of the inspection report.

We spent 3 glorious weeks at this condo and have nothing negative to say about it. From the moment we walked in to the end of our vacation everything was perfect. The condo is very clean, well equipped, with full amenities. Howard called to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Security was visible at night while on their walk around. The complex is very quiet. It is situated about a 15 minute walk to Georgetown, 10 minute walk to Kirks Grocery store, a liquor store is 5 minutes, and numerous restaurants and shops just minutes away. Internet is included as well as a free calling service to USA & Canada which is nice to be able to keep in touch with home. You just walk out to the street, hail a bus ($2ci) and can go to Hell, Turtle Farm, Dolpin Cove and much more. The location is perfect. They have recently restored the beach area and swimming and snorkelling is perfect. While snorkelling we say a ray, puffer fish, cow fish, dolphin fish, baracuda, turtles, and much more. I will most definately go back and I am grateful that Howard allows us to enjoy his piece of paradise. Thanks Howard

I have been back from a week in this condo for only a week, and already trying to figure out how I can go back with my family. Traveled with 4 other ladies. The condo is clean, beautifully remodeled, convenient to everything near Georgetown and 7 mile beach, and has a very nice pool with a swim up bar. And an end unit to make it even more attractive! Neither my girllfriends or myself could find anything negative to report. The resort seems to have good security, we frequently saw the guard rounding in the evening, and checking to make sure all the pool visitors were truly condo guests. The owner has a great set up for calling back to the US, which made it easy for us to keep in touch. He even called while we were there to make sure everything was ok. The snorkeling right out in front of the condo is pretty good, altho there were lots of sea urchins to step over! We heard a turtle had laid eggs on the beach on the property, but never saw it. We would all go back in a heartbeat! The photos posted are accurate, as is the description of the property. There is a liqour store and several restaurants with in walking distance, but the best way to see the island is to have a rental car. Thanks to Howard for all the help in making sure our stay was fabulous!!!! Hope we get to be repeat visitors!
