The combination den/workout room has a bench with mats and freeweights, and doubles as a 5th bedroom with a brand new sofa bed. There is a hot tub and 2 kayaks on site with paddles and life preservers.
Wind down from your busy day on the beach with a deluxe outdoor shower and private spa, then enjoy sweeping vistas from the islands to the mountains on one of the 3rd floor decks.

Why the Owner Chose Ventura
And all those activities are why we love our vacation rental property in Ventura. It is less than a minute walk to the beach, down a narrow lane filled with an eclectic mix of larger new homes and smaller funky cottages. We bought this property for its proximity to the ocean, of course, but also for its generous floorplan with extra bedrooms and broad amenities, from its outside shower and hot tub to its large gourmet kitchen.
This shopping center with a Von's, Starbuck's, etc is just a 5 minute walk from the house.
Great Italian, Mexican, and Sushi Restaurants, all along Seaward Avenue in the first block from the beach. A five minute walk from house.
You can walk up the beach to the Ventura Pier, a Ventura landmark, less than a mile North.
Ride a bike from our house through the state park and up to the boardwalk. Fun!

Very well furnished, lots of space. Close to everything.

This was our best Fall vacation ever. We dropped our daughter at college and then had a wonderful 2 weeks at your spacious property. She even came down to visit on weekends. The kayaks, outdoor shower, and nice big hot tub were added bonuses. Thanks so much. If she makes it through her Freshman year we will definitely be back! ;-)
