Welcome to our vacation home in Ariel Dunes II (completed Spring 2007), Destin's newest luxury high-rise condominium, located within the beautiful Seascape Resort. Unlike most condos available for rent in Ariel Dune I and II, this unit, located on the 15th floor, offers the best views available in all of Ariel Dunes. Enjoy the unobstructed sights and sounds of the beach from your own private balcony; see the Bay and golf course from the front windows. Access the beach by taking an easy and short two minute walk over the lake via the boardwalk.
We wanted our vacation home to be special, so instead of simply furnishing it with the least expensive stuff we could find, we worked with a professional designer to make this condo a special place for you to spend your vacation. Together, we incorporated several styles to bring you a truly one of a kind, luxurious condo. You couldn't possibly be disappointed!
Kitchen: From the black granite countertops, state-of-the-art appliances, solid wood cabinets, breakfast bar, built-in microwave, down to the red oriental carpets, the kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional. Everything you need to cook and entertain is here.
Dining Room: Red silk buffet lamps sit on each end of the antique side table across from a six person gathering table with room for more. Additional guests can pull up one of three stools from the nearby breakfast bar. The cast bronze chandelier will help ensure the proper mood, whether for breakfast, a snack after a day at the beach, or an intimate dinner.
Master Bedroom: The Solid Walnut with Leather California King Bed with Pillow Top Mattress and the 32 inch HD LCD flat panel TV with DVD player are only the beginning of this beautiful suite. Awake in the morning to magnificent view of the beach without ever leaving the bed! The master bath has dual vanities, a large glass shower (with room for two!), extra large garden tub and travertine floors. This is the perfect place to get lost after a long day of fun. You can also enjoy your on private access to the balcony.
Second Bedroom: Solid Wood Queen Bed with Pillow Top Mattress in the second bedroom, decorated in tropical greens, reds and black, and a 32 inch HD LCD flat panel TV with DVD player. Has its own access to the second bathroom. View the golf course from the bedroom window.
Bunk Room: These bunks were originally designed to accommodate mattresses much smaller than a normal twin. To make this room comfortable for two adults, we reconstructed these built-in beds and furnished them with full size twin mattresses. Two adults of average size can sleep comfortably in the bunk room.
Living Room: Decorated in sage and red, with cherry furniture, this room has a large sofa with pullout queen sleeper, a love seat and large lounge chair. Watch cable TV or a DVD on the 46 inch HD LCD flat panel TV with surround sound, or play board games with your family and friends.
Balcony: Want to enjoy dinner in the glow of one of those unbelievable sunsets? Then move to your own private, extra large balcony with a slate top dining table and seating for six - or more if you wish. There are two other seating areas to enjoy morning coffee, read a book, or enjoy a cocktail. The large chairs with oversized cushions are sure to make this a perfect place to spend time.

Nine foot ceilings, beautiful artwork and plants throughout. Laundry room with washer and dryer. High speed wireless internet, cable TV, free long distance. No other resort offers you so many choices with over 2,000 feet of powder white beaches, an 18-hole championship golf course, eight tennis courts, five over-sized pools, fitness center with free weights and aerobics.

We (my husband, 3 kids ages 2, 5, and 8, and myself) just left Destin after staying in this fantastic condo! You will not be disappointed! It is so clean, well decorated and has a fantastic view! The moment we walked in the door we were pleasantly surprised...the description does not due it justice! The beds are so comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. We talked to many other people at the pools (which were fantastic and not over crowed at all...unlike many other complexes) and we truly feel we had one or the best condos available. Our kids loved the bunk room, and there was more than enough room for all of us. We enjoyed eating dinner in the I've balcony an waking up every morning to our amazing ocean view. I was a bit concerned about the walk to the beach, but it took no more than 5 minutes until our toes were in the beautiful (private) sand! We are looking so forward to returning again and again and renting from Tim and Tony! The pride if ownership shows through! Also, on another note it was so refreshing getting to work directly with the actual owners and not some property management company! The guys could not have been more helpful or accommodating! siper comfortable.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
