This breathtaking beach home is built right on the white sandy beach of Oceanside, Ca. The views are simpy spectacular! This is a single family home on the sand with a private beach. This is not a condo so you share none of the property with strangers and most importantly there is nothing between you and the ocean. This beach front home has five queen beds in three bedrooms. It’s décor is a crisp combination of blue and white. The enormous picture windows in the living room provide magnificent views of the ocean. It is the beach vacation rental and holiday let you have been seeking.

The master bedroom on the lower floor is incomparable with its “on the sand location and views”. From the master bedroom you can see the whitewater without lifting you head off the pillow! The sound of the ocean waves crashing just feet away in your back yard will lull you to sleep each night. The large private beach allows you to enjoys special views of dolphins jumping while the kids are building sandcastles in their own backyard. Enjoy sunsets while sitting next to your bonfire.

The home also features two kitchens to maximize beachfront entertaining and relaxation. Seperate entrances for each level assure privacy while vacationing with family or friends. This home always rents Fri. to Fri. This is the only home in Oceanside without a barrier or rock seawall of any kind between the home and the ocean. The home is just beautiful and is our most popular home for beachfront weddings and celebrations. It sleeps a maximum of 12 people. This is the beachfront vacation home you have been searching for and will want to return to year after year.

Important rules and regulations to keep in mind:
Failure to walk on the beach and enjoy sunsets will result in a fine of two sand dollars per day.
If you wish to reserve a home, we require a minimum of a $500 dollar deposit within five days of the reservation. Please mail payments to Kim Dillon 1011 South Pacific Street Oceanside Ca 92054. Please note the address and check in date on the memo portion of your check as this serves as our contract. The emails are retained as proof of the details in our agreement. If you have to cancel a reservation, we can not return your payment (s) until the original reservation has been rebooked and paid in full by another party. The number of guests on the property should be no more than indicated on the original email request. Both homes are no pets and no smoking properties. We require all guests to do a basic clean up /tidy up before they check out. We will collect a $500 dollar cash security deposit at time of check in that is to be returned after check out.   • Oceanfront: This is one of only two true beachfront rentals in all of Oceanside where there is no massive rock sea wall blocking your access from the house to the ocean. Most rentals hide the fact that the seawall from the beach side can be over ten feet high and thus impossible to get back to your rental. At thses homes kids can summersault from the door into the ocean! This is a single family home and not a condo. You share NONE of the property or facilities with other renters.
