This ground floor condo opens on to a lawn spotted with palm trees and a sandy beach that’s only 100 ft away. There is even a natural protective reef for safe swimming and snorkeling.
Unlike other units that need to go down the elevator and around the building, this unit is ground floor and opens straight to the beach.
It has a beautiful ocean view right from the living room and a lanai/deck with beach chairs for viewing the sunrise over the ocean. The Condo has a brand new full kitchen with a dishwasher, and all the appliances and cookware you will need to feel at home.
You will have a laundry area with washer and drier.
It’s just great to come straight from the beach and throw every thing into the washer.
The place has 2 new beautiful futons that open up to full size comfortable beds in living room.
