Why the Owner Chose Ko Olina
We love the aloha spirit of Ko Olina and especially Coconut Plantation. We love the old Hawaii flavor of the place. Walking through the tropical gardens, napping in a hammock in the Hammock Grove with the butterflies flitting around, it's like a Polynesian dream. We especially love how we can walk to the beach and avoid parking hassles. And watching the fireworks from the lagoon on New Year's Eve is the best!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
It's quiet at our place. Just hanging out on the lanai, barbequing and drinking a Mai Tai is our idea of heaven. Sometimes we can hear the faint drums and music from the Paradise Luau. We like the one-story layout that allows the tradewinds to blow through and cool everything off. And best of all, the Hidden Spa is right nearby so we can sneak off for a soak and enjoy the waterfall.
In my opinion, the best local Farmer's Market in beautiful Kailua. Thursday nights starting at 5:30pm - don't eat till you get there.

We personally picked out Coconut Plantation because we think it's the best condo neighborhood in the best resort area on the island. We love the ocean and ocean sports so it's easy to kayak, snorkel or swim without traveling far. And strolling to Roy's Restaurant for drinks and dinner on the golf course - that's our favorite tradition during every visit.
