This spacious, luxury villa is located on the west (sunny & dry) coast of the island of Oahu at the world-class, oceanfront Ko Olina Resort and Marina.
Conveniently located on the ground floor, there's no need to lug your beach gear, groceries, etc. up and down stairs or wait for an elevator.
Our rates are a bargain compared with 5-Star hotel rates for two families traveling together, or a family booking two hotel rooms. And most families prefer a spacious condo versus a cramped hotel room.
The beautifully furnished living area features a 52" flat screen TV, Blu-Ray and queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom continues with exquisite furnishings and includes a California King bed, 40" flat screen TV and spacious master bathroom that features a tiled walk-in shower and his and her sinks. The living area and master bedroom have immediate access to the private lanai. The guest bedroom is elegantly furnished with two XL twin beds, 32" flat screen TV, walk-in closet, private lanai, and spacious bathroom with a tiled shower tub. The bed sheets, linens and towels are of luxurious Egyptian Cotton. The kitchen is fully-equipped for the chef of the family and features granite counter tops, top quality appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three. The lovely dining room features an elegant table for six and immediate access to the private lanai. The full-size washer and dryer are in a seperate room off the kitchen.

We had the pleasure of staying in your conominium during November 2011 and would definitely recommend it. The furnishing were well appointed and comfortable which made it a pleasure to stay in, for an extended time. In addition the close proximity to the ocean allowed us to frequently enjoy the beach. Several quality restaurants nearbly allowed us to enjoy excellent dining. In summary we had a wonderful relaxing vacation.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We recently stayed at this rental property for a month over the period of May 9 to June 9, 2011 and are very pleased to report that it was a perfect fit for our needs. Our family has used both VRBO and Home Away for previous rentals and this one was the best by far. The location is wonderful for our family (two adults and two children ages 4 and 6 years) and we enjoyed the Coconut Plantation’s family friendly atmosphere. It was nice to be staying in a gated residential community as compared to a hotel. We frequently met families and their children living in the complex at the pool – it was great for our girls to have familiar faces to play with each day. The unit itself is fully stocked (linens, cleaning supplies, dishes, pool and beach toys, etc.) and the only items we needed to purchase were groceries. Small details upon arrival such as maps, travel-sized toiletries, and a gift basket were greatly appreciated. Most importantly, the unit is exactly as presented in the online photos, well maintained and very clean inside and out. The residential complex is also professionally maintained and the staff are accommodating and helpful. There are excellent amenities both on site and nearby and we made full use of the pools, hot tubs, local restaurants, beaches and shopping. We appreciated the restaurants and shopping located a short drive away (Target, Costco, etc.) as well as our proximity to the North Shore (30 minutes) and Honolulu (25 minutes). Given our timeframe on the island, we made good use of our flexibility to travel throughout Oahu to take in the sights and found that our location was excellent for our travelling style. If you are looking for a location that is less touristy and family-friendly, this is a wonderful rental. Working with the Daly’s was an excellent experience: they were responsive, timely with information and very professional in every aspect. We would (and will) rent this property again!

I recently transferred to Oahu from the mainland as a result of accepting a new job in Kapolei. I had the good fortune to stay at the Ko Olina Villas while in transition to my new position. The amenities at Ko Olina are extraordinary. It was proximal to the Beach and resorts, there are many dining and shopping alternatives, and it's not one of those tourist areas like Waikiki. The condo was well-maintained and the grounds immaculate. I would highly recommend this location and condo to anyone wanting to visit our lovely Island. Michael & Jenelle McCardle

This listing was exactly what it turned out to be. Photos show exactly what the property looks like. The appearance and the amenities were very clean. The property was very clean as well as the condo itself. The condo was very well equipped with everything you would want. Very convenient to the airport and a nice guarded community. Great running path and safe swimming areas. There is a nice market in walking distance that have most all items. Also, a Costco very close among lots of restaurants
