This country villa of 400 square meters and 5,000 square meters of landscaped and gated gardens, comprising olive, palm, fig and cypress trees is situated in the hillside above the Adriatic Sea and surrounded by vineyards and beautiful medieval fortress hill towns. Bordering Tuscany and Umbria and in the Marche region, it is just 10 minutes from the beach and Senigallia, a wonderful family town, or just 2 minutes from the Hamlet of Morro d’Alba, doc wine territory well known for its award winning "Lacrima di Morro d’Alba" (and the closest supermarket, bank, post office or restaurant). With the towns of Assisi, The Republic of San Marino, Gubbio, Urbino, Cortona and Arezzo all within an hours drive.


This antique countryside villa has been completely restored and divided into two separate apartments each with two separate bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, and full bathroom. Each apartment is very unique in layout and form lending to various sleeping arrangements and pricing possibilities.




The Tower - two double bed bedrooms, loft with two beds and a full bath make up the top floor.

Downstairs you will find a full kitchen and attached dining room with 8 person table and 2 living rooms with a total of 6 couches.

Sleeps 6 plus.

The Temple - a split level situation with one double bed bedroom and full bath on one level and the second level with another double bed bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and living dining room combo with a pull out couch.

Sleeps 4 plus.


The Villa can also be opened and rented as one whole unit, contact owners for special pricing opportunities when renting the whole villa.
Special pricing also available for stays longer than 1 week in the individual appts.
