The home can be split into 2 2 bedroom villas for a smaller group or 2 families traveling together that want to be close but have privacy.
Coconut Cottage features a brand new bath & kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass tile accent, corian counters, private screened lanai and deck. Indoor laundry and your own outdoor beach shower after a day at the sandy Gulf beaches you can come back and clean off.

Location is fabulous to enjoy the sun rising over the Bay or the spectacular sunsets on the Gulf... just steps 1 1/2 blks (250 yards) to the most beautiful beach in the world with white sand and the sea breeze of the Gulf of Mexico and 1 block to the beautiful Bay offering great fishing and also a great little waterfront park just a few houses away that has a playground for the little kids and basketball courts for the older. Completely updated and furnished with a relaxing "beachy decor" and ceramic tile throughout.
Beachcombers and sun lovers can enjoy strolling for miles in either direction and enjoy sunny days, gentle currents and uncrowded atmosphere while collecting shells, sightseeing or just getting some sun. Walk to many restaurants or jump on the free open air trolley for your day of shopping or night of fun. Truly a magical destination. If communing with nature is more your speed, you will enjoy seeing the abundance of wildlife we have here. It is very common to see dolphins and manatees playing in the water. Anna Maria Island has a trolley service that will take you anywhere on the island all day for free. Not only is it nice to avoid parking the car, it's also lot's of fun and I guarantee you will meet some interesting people!
