This amazing home has TWO MASTER SUITES. One master suite is located on the main floor and features a king size bed & private bath with a large tiled walk-in shower, and a loveseat size sleeper sofa that converts to a twin size bed. The second master suite is located upstairs and features a queen size bed and a private bath with tub & shower.
TWO ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS, one with a full size bed and one with two twin size bunk beds (sleeps 4), and an additional full bath are located on the second floor. Overall this vacation home will sleep 10-13 people very comfortably.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. There were 2 families with a total of 4 kids. The house is new and well maintained and the bedrooms worked well for our group. The living room was a little small if we wanted to all watch a movie together. The subdivision is all new houses but the surrounding properties are not very pleasant to look at. All of the units share a common pool which is rather small (3 feet deep on the ends and 5 feet in the middle). Unfortunately 3 other houses in the subdivision were being used by a large group of college kids so starting around 4PM each day they took over the entire pool area and the road outside their house so our kids could not use the pool. They partied until 3 or 4 each morning and left trash everywhere including beer bottles in the pool area. The houses they were in were not managed by the same rental company as this property. Overall we had a good trip but in an area this small you will be affected by the neighbors. The beach is not in walking distance so be prepared to drive there and you have to buy a permit.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers.

We recently held a bachelorette party weekend here for 13 girls (most of whom are accountants, so don't worry it was tame and the house is still in good shape). The decor at Sea Esta is so fresh & beachy with lots of windows & sunlight, I loved it. The kitchen is awesome - with a huge dining table that was perfect for gathering everyone around. There were two great master bedrooms with private baths & flat screen TVs and then one bedroom with a full and another with two sets of bunkbeds (i.e. 4 total beds) that shared a bath. Plus another 1/2 bath downstairs. There was lots of kitchen ware provided (even a blender!), and a GREAT selection of books. If you're travelling with babies, there were also baby gates & a playard (pack 'n play). It is right by the pool, very convenient, and it's on the end of the street, so you only have a house boarding on one side, which meant we had extra room for parking. I highly recommend!
Recommended for:Families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
