"The Sea Esta" is a one year old, beautifully furnished two story beach house located on the Texas Gulf Coast in Port Aransas. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is situated approximately two miles from downtown Port Aransas and just two blocks from the beach.
This amazing home has two master suites. One master suite is located on the main floor and features a king size bed, flat screen LCD TV, private bath with a large tiled walk-in shower, and a loveseat size sleeper sofa that converts to a twin size bed. The second master suite is located upstairs and features a queen size bed, flat screen LCD TV, and a private bath. Two additional bedrooms, one with a full size bed and one with two twin size bunk beds beds (sleeps 4), and an additional full bath are located on the second floor. Overall this vacation home will sleep 10-13 people very comfortably.
The living room on the main floor features a flat screen LCD TV, a DVD player, and a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen also has its own flat screen LCD TV and a generously proportioned table that seats 10.
The house is loaded with extra amenities including gorgeous stained concrete and hardwood floors, satellite TV with 100+ channels, free high speed wireless internet, a full size washer and dryer, kid friendly accessories (safety gates, plug covers, portable crib, booster seat, board games, plastic dishware), designer bedding and furnishings, and a swimming pool just steps from the front door.
