Nestled in the only tall stand of trees close to 30-A, you will love the tree canopy and shade not found easily on 30-A. You'll be a few minute walk to the beach. Additionally, you can take advantage of all the amenities and fun in Seaside, just 3 blocks away. Your children can ride bikes into Seaside without ever getting on to a busy road. Enjoy outdoor concerts, art galleries and shops, Seaside and Watercolor restaurants and activities all an easy walk.
Features of the house include a large open living area with a dining room, kitchen, living room and fireplace sitting area providing ample space for entertaining and family gatherings. Lots of windows overlook the pool and garden deck. A bedroom, full bath and laundry are also on the first floor.
There are two beautiful romantic master bedrooms on the second floor, each with their own bathroom and private screened porch. Additionally, one has a french door lanai and the other has a fireplace, jacuzzi and sleeping porch. Each has a queen size bed. The third floor has a loft used as a fourth bedroom with a trundle (two twins)and a private deck.

The rooms are well decorated and feature original artwork, transporting you into a charming vacation mode. The kitchen is fully appointed and features a custom counter for conversation.
Jump in... the private pool can hold 12 for volleyball. For an optional charge, the pool can be heated for year round enjoyment. Take a nap on the sleeping porch and listen to the ocean. Turn on the special lighting effects throughout the house to allow for evening ambiance.

Thank you for the use of your wonderful beach house last week. We loved everything about it! It was the perfect distance from both the beach and Seaside. We were able to walk back and forth from the beach with ease to grab a drink or something else we forgot. We enjoyed the few blocks distancing us from the town and the privacy provided amongst the tree covered, sandy lanes. Our family loved the house! Very close to everything in Seaside, yet quite and peaceful. Three kids 11, 8, and 4 (ok...not that quite) spent hours in the pool. The beach is easy access and beautiful. Kids will love "crabbing" while the parents enjoyed the sunsets.

We loved this house! The location was awesome. It was so nice having the quiet of a tree covered neighborhood, but also being literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the center of Seaside. Once we arrived, our cars stayed parked in the driveway except for the occasional trip to the Publix. The house was perfect for our family gathering and Stef was responsive to all of our needs (no matter how minute!). Our one year old twins had plenty of room to play and LOVED splashing in the pool on a daily basis. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely rent this house again. Thanks!

Your house is so wonderful, beautifully decorated and inviting. It has great beach access and we loved the quiet treed neighborhood, but still being so close to seaside for walking or biking. The Master bedroom was relaxing and inviting and we all loved hanging out on the sleeping porch! There was plenty of room for us to invite a couple of our friends who were staying in the area for dinner and games. The pool is a plus although the weather wasn't quite warm enough for us to really use it. We will definitely come back - It's our favorite house in Seagrove!

What a wonderful vacation! We felt so relaxed. Your home is beautiful! We love all the furniture and all the Seaside colors. What a great vacation we've had here. We love this place and intend to return many times. The best food by far can be found at the Red Bar. Excellent! We all (the ladies) painted pottery to take home and treasure. This home is beautiful. The only problem is that we are now dissatisfied with our own homes at home. I'm ready to paint my bedroom robin's egg blue. Thank you for a beautiful memory.

Our expectations were high given our neighbors rave reviews and the reality turned out to be even better! It is a tranquil retreat set in the most beautiful surroundings. I wandered around your beach house mentally refurnishing and redecorating our own house!! Wonderful colors creating a happy and homey environment. Thank you for sharing your fabulous beach home with us. Your personality and love for this place fills up every room. Every night we had fresh peppermint in our tea and basil from your flower garden. We spent every morning and late evenings at the beach in the sand and in between in the pool. Our children were thrilled with the pool (ask your neighbors, they can vouch for that)!! All in all it was a great week that made special memories.
