Thank you for the use of your wonderful beach house last week. We loved everything about it! It was the perfect distance from both the beach and Seaside. We were able to walk back and forth from the beach with ease to grab a drink or something else we forgot. We enjoyed the few blocks distancing us from the town and the privacy provided amongst the tree covered, sandy lanes. The thoughtful decor truly transforms the house into a whimsical cottage on the beach. Thank you for the family memories. The Jenson Family and Tippetts Family

Our family loved the house! Very close to everything in Seaside, yet quite and peaceful. Three kids 11, 8, and 4 (ok...not that quite) spent hours in the pool. The beach is easy access and beautiful. Kids will love "crabbing" while the parents enjoyed the sunsets.

We loved this house! The location was awesome. It was so nice having the quiet of a tree covered neighborhood, but also being literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the center of Seaside. Once we arrived, our cars stayed parked in the driveway except for the occasional trip to the Publix. The house was perfect for our family gathering and Stef was responsive to all of our needs (no matter how minute!). Our one year old twins had plenty of room to play and LOVED splashing in the pool on a daily basis. We had a wonderful time and I would definitely rent this house again. Thanks!

Your house is so wonderful, beautifully decorated and inviting. It has great beach access and we loved the quiet treed neighborhood, but still being so close to seaside for walking or biking. The Master bedroom was relaxing and inviting and we all loved hanging out on the sleeping porch! There was plenty of room for us to invite a couple of our friends who were staying in the area for dinner and games. The pool is a plus although the weather wasn't quite warm enough for us to really use it. We will definitely come back - It's our favorite house in Seagrove!

What a wonderful vacation! We felt so relaxed. Your home is beautiful! We love all the furniture and all the Seaside colors. We spent many hours at the pool, the men golfed, the girls loved Camp Seaside, the big girls shopped and we went to the family concert in Seaside. Thanks for the special memories we made this week.

What a great vacation we've had here. We love this place and intend to return many times. The best food by far can be found at the Red Bar. Excellent! We all (the ladies) painted pottery to take home and treasure. This home is beautiful. The only problem is that we are now dissatisfied with our own homes at home. I'm ready to paint my bedroom robin's egg blue. Thank you for a beautiful memory.

This place conjures up it's own magic with all your thoughful touches. Your home encourages us to forget the day job and the daytimers and day dream instead. We had a ball! Our expectations were high given our neighbors rave reviews and the reality turned out to be even better! It is a tranquil retreat set in the most beautiful surroundings. I wandered around your beach house mentally refurnishing and redecorating our own house!! Wonderful colors creating a happy and homey environment. We hope to be able to continue creating our own memories of this unique place.

Thank you for sharing your fabulous beach home with us. Your personality and love for this place fills up every room. Every night we had fresh peppermint in our tea and basil from your flower garden. We spent every morning and late evenings at the beach in the sand and in between in the pool. Our children were thrilled with the pool (ask your neighbors, they can vouch for that)!! All in all it was a great week that made special memories.

We "Girls" had a great time. Your home should be in Southern Living Magazine- I really love the colors. Wish we could take it back to Tenn. and Ga. with us.

This property is soooo pleasant!!! The location is the best--close to the beach and close to Seaside and all it has to offer. The beach access is directly across the road and it is like having a private piece of the ocean.And we were able to talk the Seaside vendor into renting us chairs. The private pool is a bigger plus than I thought it would be--- our teenage grandsons used it several times daily to play volleyball!! The house seems very spacious, comfortable and is cheerily decorated. Although the Seaside book store provides free internet (you can even sit on their porch when the store is closed) we missed having use of our computer at the house. We agreed there were no other negatives to the property. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We all,( four adults, two teens ) recommend this property enthusiastically.

We have stayed here several times and cannot seem to get enough of it! The home is very spacious, and offers the "warmth" that we from the northern climates really enjoy. Plenty of golf close by too. Had a great time!!!

This spot is a little piece of heaven here on earth!! The special amenities in the home are wonderful. You truly feel like you have escaped the rat race. Although you are steps away from the beach - the pool was such a nice bonus. Thank you for one of our favorite family vacations ever!! We'll be back!!
