The living room sofa opens into a queen size bed. Second floor location is the perfect vantage point for overseeing the beach, swimming pool, and lagoon immediately below. We began vacationing on Hilton Head 25 years ago when our children were young. Each spring we would take a family vote...and Hilton Head year after year was the destination for our summer getaway. We promised ourselves then...someday we would own a place of our own in this island paradise. And now that our children have kids of their own...Hilton Head remains a family favorite. It is all about family, fun, and wonderful times together in a very special place.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Whether we are relaxing on the deck, listening to the surf and enjoying the sights and sounds of beach life...or golfing on one of the beautiful courses that are within walking distance... biking along the miles of paved paths throughout the island...or enjoying dinner at one of the many wonderful seafood restaurants...we know this is where we were meant to be. This is where we, and our family, are s-o-o-o happy.

Kathy is a retired school teacher. Bob is a retired business owner. Kathy enjoys decorating and singlehandedly planned the decor for the entire villa. Bob enjoys woodworking and his handy work is spread throughout the condo...from the kitchen cabinets...to the bathroom vanities...to the crown molding in the living/dining rooms...to the china rack in the living room. We love Hilton Head, and our island home is very special to our family.

Our family spent Thanksgiving week here and we loved it! The villa was outstanding in every way - upscale furnishings, comfortable beds, wireless internet, three flat screen TV's, washer and dryer, completely furnished kitchen, large deck with very nice furniture, and a fantastic master bath. The view was beautiful and we were steps from the pool and beach. We would most definitely stay here again.

Just returned from two weeks in this condo and it's gorgeous! Furnishings are even nicer than they appear in the photos and there are lots of nice touches - like great balcony furniture (two loungers and a table with four chairs), comfortable beds, the awesome shower in the master bath, a nicely equipped kitchen, fun barware and three HD flat screen tvs. One minor maintenance issue was resolved in an hour and the condo was immaculately clean when we arrived. Nice pool area and a 2 minute walk to the beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
