Enjoy the open living room, dining and kitchen area to visit with your family. Master bedroom, guest bedroom and a full bathroom are located on the main level for your convenience. The second bathroom and laundry facilities are located downstairs with another family area. In the evenings relax around the beautiful fir pit just outside your door or watch the boats float in and out of the bay from your deck.
The association is equipped with two common areas for your family to enjoy. The Swim area is in a no wake zone and is perfect for kids of all ages. There is dock, swim dock, sand box and fire pit. A gazebo is available for family BBQ’s with prior notice.
The second common area is where you can park your boat in one of the brand new slips and have a family game of volleyball. The large grassy area is a fun place for the kids to run. Both of these common areas are just a very short walk from the vacation property. |
