This home is ideal for a focused, productive family vacation or business trip to Fabulous Las Vegas. Why stay in a busy, congested hotel when you can be in your private residence away from the maddening crowd.
It is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just north of Summerlin, within minutes from the world-renowned Las Vegas Strip and downtown. THIS IS NOT A FRAT HOUSE OR A PARTY HOUSE. PLEASE RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS AND NEIGHBORHOOD.

The family room is equipped with a 65' TV for family viewing and a smaller tv for kids to play their video games.

Four professionally decorated bedrooms await your family or business partners; a master bedroom with king-size bed and an extremely spacious bath; the second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds and the fourth bedroom has twin beds.

Downstairs has a complete laundry room and a large 3 car garage. All linens, dishes and household supplies are provided. Each bedroom has its own TV.

Smoking allowed on patio ONLY.

No pets, please.

The surrounding area includes casinos, cinemas, lakes, golf courses, and tennis courts.

The pool and spa can be heated for your comfort and enjoyment during your stay.

Just bring your personal toiletries to enjoy this beautiful home.

A pool table, an arcade game, and an electronic dart board are included for your enjoyment

Our home has one of the most beautifully landscaped yards in the neighborhood.

The Desert Tapestry met all of our needs, wants, desires, not to mention our budget...The home is absolutely lovely, owners Al & Susan Wiggs are one of the most wonderful and sincerest folks we’ve met in a long time, making our stay a vacation to remember – A GOOD TIME HAD BY ALL, and now we just can't get enough! We consider LAS VEGAS, the WIGGS, and their lovely vacation home our “home away from home!” We shall be back!

  • We were in Las Vegas for a wedding but our stay at this beautiful home made it more of a mini vacation. We enjoyed the gourmet kitchen and absolutely loved the courtyard with the pool, patio and gas grill!!! Everything that we needed was there and the convenience to anything we desired was but a short, scenic drive away.
