The Villas of Sandpiper Bay is a private, gated, waterfront community located on the Saint Lucie River. Our villa has 2 master suites with king size beds and private bathrooms. There is a family room with a queen size sofa sleeper and access to the 3rd bathroom. All three rooms have cable TV. VCR/DVD available on one TV. Living room is also cable ready and has a stereo system and CD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with range, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, silverware and laundry facility. Just like home - everything included except food!

Completely furnished and redecorated with marble floors and bathrooms.
Air conditioning/heat with ceiling fans in all rooms including lanai. The closets are filled with sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and beach necessities. Two phones are available for local calls.

The heated pool area includes bathrooms, BBQ facilities and jacuzzi - 2 minute walk from villa. Grocery store is 5 minute car ride. 3 golf courses within 5 minutes - Ballantrae, Club Med and The Saints. Hutchenson Island beaches - 10 minute car ride. Treasure Coast Mall - 3 miles away. Many restaurants and night life. Dock/gazebo area available for fishing and relaxing. West Palm Beach airport - 45 minutes away. Orlando airport - 1 1/2 hours away.

Please No Smoking inside house. Ashtrays are provided in outside screen room for you and your guests.

Please no pets.

If needed, there can be a pack n play crib, booster seat and umbrella stroller available. Any other baby/child gear, such as car seats, can be rented weekly at a consignment shop 5 minutes away.

Just bring your clothes and golf clubs.

  • We stayed at the villa for the winter and everything was comfortable and in good condition. I played golf regularly at Sandpiper Golf Club, a very nice course right next door. We both enjoyed the pool and the company of other visitors and residents. A very nice place in a very nice quiet location only minutes from everything.

  • We past a month in august at Sandpiper villa. It was a wonderfull time, the villa is very calm and so nice and confortable. We were here to play golf and the courses are not so far. On the evening, after golf, the pool and the jaccuzi were very relaxing.
