My family and I stayed here for a weekend to celebrate my birthday. The condo is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The location of the resort was perfect - convenient to everything and offers plenty of amenities for the entire family. The relaxing view of the golf course was the perfect setting for a night on the balcony enjoying family stories. We are planning a return visit late summer and will definitely stay here again. Jennifer is exceptional to work with and delivers everything she promises.

This Riverstone 3 BR condo was the perfect retreat for this group of 6 moms! At least once a year, we meet in Pigeon Forge for a relaxing girls getaway. I love Riverstone for many reasons. The location is extremely convenient, decorated beautifully, and sparkling clean! The kitchen and living room are very spacious. This trip, we took advantage of the Spa, which was a great experience. I have booked Riverstone condos with Jennifer several times and have always been pleased with the price as well as the communication. She is very efficient in answering emails and phone calls. We have also booked the 2BR with my family of four. My kids love it, as it is always supplied with movies they enjoy, video games, etc. Most of all, they love the indoor pool and lazy river. Thank you for allowing us a home away from home!

The condo was great, better than pictures. It had LOTS of room, really clean, everything we needed was there. We really enjoyed our stay. We parked under the building out of the weather, and took the elevator and luggage carts right up to the room. No stairs or steps. Close to everything, grocery store less than a block away, yet quiet. Nice view off of the front of the strip and the river. The game room, pool, and excecise rooms in the complex were close and a nice plus. The kids loved playing on the outdoor playground also. Would love to come back in the summer for the lazy river. Definately recommend staying here!

Fun in the mountains

We stayed in this unit on Dec 14th thru the 19th, 2012. It was beautifully decorated and better than described. This unit was very clean. We loved the ease of the gas fireplace. The location of the resort was convenient to everything and the whole area was decorated for Christmas. The only downside was that the lazy river was closed for the season(we took full advantage every evening of the indoor pool and spa)...oh well, we'll have to go back in the summer! Jennifer was great to work with, very easy to book the condo. Staff at the resort helpful. One of our best trips to date!!!

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Jennifer's condos and this time was as good as the first. Riverstone is an excellent facility with plenty of amenities for everyone. The condo is beautifully furnished and spacious. It is equipped with a super sound system and many varied videos for the whole family. Jennifer is easy to work with and easy to contact if you need anything. We look forward to visiting again in July and staying at one of Jennifer's condos. I would recommend this property to anyone that enjoys first class accommodations close to all the attractions and restaurants.

This was an exceptional and well appointed condo. The pictures available online are an accurate reflection of the quality of the accomodations. It has great access to Dollywood, and after a day at the park, our young children were just as excited to come back and play in the pools, especially the river pool, located at the property.

We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous condo! It exceeded all of our expectations! We didn't even realize how close we were to the main street of Pigeon Forge because it was so very quiet at the resort! Our family enjoyed the Lazy River and the little ones enjoyed the indoor pool. The location of the condo couldn't have been better. We would definitely stay at this condo again!!! Thank you, Jennifer, for all you did to make your condo a true vacation 'home'.

Our stay at this condo met our every expectation. It is truly a luxury condo and resort as described. My family really enjoyed the pools, indoor and the lazy river pool. Relaxing near the stream was my favorite thing to do. The children's playground and kiddie pool were great for our little ones. Jennifer was great to work with when booking our stay and responded immediately when I had a question after checkin, which was also extremely easy. The location of the condo is convenient to everything. We look forward to our next break and hope this condo will be available.

Such a great place to stay!

We have stayed at Riverstone several times through Jen and always find the trip fantastic! The place is nice and relaxing with views of the golf course to sit and enjoy. There is plenty of room for all six of us (family of four along with the grandparents). The kids loved having the TV/gaming console om their room. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub daily and had beautiful weather to lay out on the sundeck. It was still a bit too cold this trip for the lazy river but during the summer our kids love to spend all day floating and going under the waterfall. We will continue to return and rent through Jen. She is always quick to respond and so easy to work with, even being so gracious to handle special circumstances when we had a family emergency. The complex is in a terrific location close to everything but you truly feel as though you are away from it all.

I almost hate to give such a great review...we want the place to ourselves! If you want clean, quiet, friendly neighbors and happy kids stay here. There cannot be a better host or better location in PF. Our three children loved it and mom and dad did too. Close to everything but backs to a golf course when you're ready for some peace and quiet. We'll be back!

This condo is a home away from home. The photos displayed on the website are exactly as pictured and Jennifer took care of every question I had prior to renting. You are surrounded by first class furnishings and the condo is very clean. The beds are very comfortable and its so quite at night so you'll get a good night's rest. We drank coffee on the balcony every morning and enjoyed the golf course view and cool weather. The lazy river pool is totally awesome and so refreshing. In the evening you can enjoy an indoor swim and an awesome hot tub to wind down after a long hike in the mountains. Everything is close to the condo. Dolly Wood is hop skip and jump down the street and the restaurants as well. The Alamo Steak house has excellent steaks and the service was great. If you love pancakes and like a variety then go to the Log Cabin House, its very good and the service is very friendly. We plan to stay at this condo for future visits so don't hesitate to book with Jennifer, you will be delighted with your choice.

We stayed 3 nights in a 3BR unit and all 4 adults and 2 children had a wonderful time. The unit is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The floor plan was perfect for us-everyone enjoyed their own space. There were video game systems and games in 2 of the bedrooms and everyone enjoyed using them. There were 4 TVs in the unit, so everyone could watch whatever they wanted. We enjoyed eating on the balcony-what a gorgeous view of a beautiful golf course. What a great way to start and end your day enjoying meals with family members in such a quiet, peaceful setting. We also enjoyed the beautiful lazy river as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. Jennifer was so easy to work with and was super helpful each time I called. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to book with her again. As a travel agent, I have been to many different resorts and I can honestly say that you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here. The staff work tirelessly to keep the place spotless and looking brand new. The location is perfect-less than 1 mile to Dollywood, but you feel like you are in a quiet oasis surrounded with stunning views. I know it now tops my list of where to stay in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.

We recently stayed @ the 3 bd/rm condo @ RiverStone in Pigeon Forge & had a lovely stay. Normally, we stay in a cabin up in the mtns. when we are in the area but wanted to try something different this time & be closer to the activities. It was a very nice 3 day vacation & we enjoyed the ambiance of the well-maintained condo & all its up-to-date amenities. Jennifer was so easy to work with & always answered my questions quickly & thoroughly. We went straight to the condo & unloading was a breeze. We enjoyed the indoor pool & strolling by the creek (but maybe next time we will be able to take advantage of the lazy river.) We walked to Old Mill restaurant & took an easy afternoon trip into Gatlinburg. There are many things nearby to keep everyone entertained & they also liked the games provided in the condo. It was a lovely rental & the kids want to stay there again.

This condo is perfect! The condo is beautfully decorated and was perfect for my family. My children (8 and 2) especially loved the playground and swimming pool. My grandmother, who is not able to walk long distances, was even able to walk to the pool to watch her great-grandkids play! We will be returning this summer! Lastly, the location of this condo is perfect. You are right in the middle of Pigeon Forge and not far at all from Gatlinburg! Thank you for sharing your condo!

We arrived on Tuesday before Thanksgiving to a beautifully HOLIDAY decorated condo. Our family could not have asked for a better Thanksgiving. The condo had such a warm and homey feel. Communication between us and the owner was always open and responses were fast. We will rent this condo again and again if is available. This property should never be vacant because it is so well maintained. We would DEFINITELY recommend this condo to anyone who wants a great, relaxing, no stress vacation location. We also enjoyed an absolutely fabulous Thanksgiving meal at the Old Mill restaurant with minimal wait time. We highly recommend the Old Mill.

I would love to say, that this was a great introduction to TN for us. We loved the condo, it was clean, noise free, and had all the amenities. The location was perfect as well. 2 minutes from the Pigeon Forge Strip, and about ten minutes from Gattlinburg, which we loved. The river and the two pools kept our kids very entertained when not enjoying the sites of TN. The only downfall of the property, was the concierge service. They were not helpful to us at all. Maybe its because we rented this condo privately instead of through the main office. Regardless, if you are looking for a beautiful condo in the mountains, well situated and with plenty of ammenities. This is the one. I would reapeat it :)

Our week here was so enjoyable! We could not have stayed at a nicer resort! This condo is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! We felt at home...not to mention the view of the golf course on the back balcony and the mountains on the front balcony. Amazing :) We will definitely recommend the Riverston Resort to friends and family! Loved Lazy River as well! and so close to the Ole Mill Restaurant! Our favorite! We hope to come back soon! Our family loved this condo. Decor was beautiful! Beds were so comfortable. The whole family enjoyed the lazy river. Our thirteen year old liked the arcade and the 20 and 22 yr olds liked the gym. My mother in law enjoyed the private balcony every morning reading and watching the golfers. My husband and I want to redo our bath just like yours. We hope to make this a yearly trip. This was our 1st time staying at Riverstone. Will not stay anywhere else again. It was the perfect complex for multiple reasons. Convenient to everything without being directly on main strip. Very private and quiet. Relaxing and comfortable. Great for children. We loved the lazy river (but it's cold). Indoor pool & jacuzzi wonderful. Plenty of room at the pool for families. Kids loved to walk down to the stream and play on swing area. Immaculate grounds and unit. Owner has not cut corners on comfort or beauty. Thank you Jennifer.

Luxurious Accomodations for a decent price

We stayed in the 3 bedroom condo, and were very impressed with everything about it. From the moment we walked in the door we knew that quality was the overriding factor in every part of this operation. The decor was up-to-date, fresh, and first class. We loved the ambience that the various lighting options provided also. We were able to park inside the garage and very close to the elevator. The lazy river was really nice also. The only negative we found was that there was absolutely no supplies for making coffee. We didn't plan on that and had not brought any filters with our coffee.

Forget any other condo you might be looking at - because this is the best in Pigeon Forge! We just returned from a long weekend and it was wonderful! My three little boys loved the indoor pool and playground. Had it been warmer we would have been in the lazy river. The condo was lovely. Clean, tastefully decorated and spacious! Jennifer is very efficient and easy to work with. We will definately be returning to this condo.

Spring had not sprung yet but temps were in high 50's and 60's and only 1 day of rain (morning only). No complaints!! Your condo was ideally located being in the center of complex-not far to walk to indoor pool, weight room, etc. Loved views from front (babbling brook) to back (golf course). We come yearly usually in Oct/Nov and stay in a cabin but this was so accommodating and relaxing we've already discussed a return trip in April to make sue of the lazy river and playground area with our grand babies. The weather was raining off and on, but it didn't bother us since there was an indoor pool. We come to Pigeon Forge at least once a month and hands down this is the best place to stay at. We didn't think that Whispering Pines or Cherokee Lodge could be beat but we were wrong. Keep you some rook cards here and you will never get rid of us. Need more wash cloths but other than that everything was great.

Our week here was great!! We went white water rafting, we enjoyed the pool and lazy river and we took a day trip to Dollywood, everything we did was so fun and the hiking we did was so spectacular. My family and I hiked to Laurel Falls, Abrams Falls, and Klingmans Dome. The scenery was amazing from all of these places, and wear your swimsuits for all falls to swim. The condo here was beautiful and the views from the balcony and the bedrooms were wonderful. A tip for anyone who hated the traffic on the main road is to get a map of the area and take Veterans Blvd to avoid the traffic. The weather while we were here was predicted to be rainy, but with good fortune the rain was light and didn't ruin any of our planes. We had such a great trip my family would definitely come again! Thanks for everything!

Jennifer,Thanks for letting us stay in your condo this past weekend. We had a great time. My son, my parents & I went this trip & we really enjoyed it. My parents loved your condo!! They were just amazed at how nice everything was. My son enjoyed snow skiing, ice skating & tubing. The snow tubing was really fun. I’m glad they added that this year at Ober.

We couldn't have asked for a more lovely place to stay. Love how kid friendly the condo is and the decor is beautiful. The weather was mixed with scattered showers and some sunshine. We swam in the indoor pool every day and got to swim in the lazy river one day which was great!! We found the condo on VRBO and will definitely be back again. Can't wait for our next visit!! Thanks.

The weather was "mixed"-mostly mild temps, some sun and rain. We visited downtown Gatlingurg, hiked in the Natl Part, Smith Bro's shows, outlet malls, mini-golf, mill are a, dining and resting in the beautiful condo. We also enjoyed the exercise room available across the road. Great balcony view of the golf course. Thanks for sharing your property with our family- We will recommed it to our friends.

The weather was great!! The kids all got some color at Dollywood! Your condo is beautiful and relaxing, spacious and clean!! You weren't kidding when you said kid friendly..games, movies, nintendo, kitchen plates, cups,etc.. It really shows you care. We took good care of it all! The only thing we needed were pot holders and a few more trash bags. Thanks for a great stay. God Bess!!

Loved the beautiful condo!! Comfortable beds, great whilpool tub, beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the pool, spa, and workout room. Shopping was great. It was a great place for our three-generations to enjoy our time together. Thanks.
