My family and I were very pleased with this spacious, attractively decorated, and clean condo rental. The grandkids loved the pool, the parents loved the views, and all of us enjoyed the Barefoot Landing shops and everything else that Myrtle Beach offers. There was no problem with noise or crowded elevators, and the washer/dryer certainly came in handy. I got lots of good feedback from my family. Peter provided all the necessary information and responded promptly to questions. We had a great time and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo.

This is a fine area to do a golf weekend. Took a group of 12 golfers and pretty much exactly as described. Barefoot area is as good as any in the Myrtle area for seeing the sights and being close to many great dining and entertainment options. Condos provide a great place to stretch out and relax after a hard day on the courses. Was great to relax by the pool after the heat of Myrtle Beach in late May.

We stayed at this wonderful property for Spring Break and could not have been more pleased. The space was HUGE! This trip included my daughters, my mother, sister, neice and boyfriend. My family was so impressed with my choice and unanimously agreed we could not have stayed at a nicer place, especially for the money. Each room having its own bathroom made it feel like you always had privacy, and we had all the utensils and appliances we needed to create our daily lunch/dinners and delicious cocktails. And then there is the pool...amazing! It was practically like we had the pool to ourselves. If you're looking for the perfect place for your family, look no further! Thank you, Peter, for making this so easy to pull together.

Over my years coming to MB for golf trips, I have rented numerous condos. Without a doubt, this unit is hands down the Best on the Beach. The pictures did not tell the story on how nice this unit is - it is way better in person! This units furnishings are not your average rental grade - this is furniture you'd be proud to put in your own home. The view of the harbor was nice each night as we sat on the spacious balcony with our cocktails. Unit was clean, well maintained, and had everything you could want. The building was quiet and the pool area was top notch. The owners were courteous and professional and practice outstanding communications. On a scale of 1 to 10, the whole experience was a 15! If you are thinking of a rental in MB, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

We're four golfers who had the privilege to spend eight wonderful days in Myrtle Beach on the first week of April and all we can say is that it was our best condo experience ever on the Grand Strand (we're coming to Myrtle Beach for golf for the last six years). If you're looking for luxury, cleanliness, location and a quiet environment, you're at the right place. Besides, it was a pleasure to make the arrangements prior to our stay and would like to sincerely thank the class act gentleman who took care of our requests from start to finish! Can't wait to be back on our next Myrtle Beach golf trip!

Our vacation was wonderful! The condo was beautiful and pretty much as advertised. The condo was outfitted with everything we needed. There were 2 of us out of 8 that wanted to be closer to the beach. The other 6 preferred a large pool. After the vacation, we all agreed that this place was great! The pool is the best we have seen in Myrtle Beach. As for getting to the beach, it is a 2 minute drive (if that) and we never had a problem with parking. We never bothered with the shuttle since parking is no problem. The view is very relaxing - intercoastal waterway and pool. No loud and obnoxious guests. Very very nice. And, Peter - you are the best!!!!

Recommended for:Families with young children, tourists without a car.

YACHT CLUB CONDOMINIUM

Everything everyone said about this property was true. It was clean, comfortable and very pretty. It is also showing a little wear. The outside door closer was broken as are all the "island chair rungs" . The complex was very noisy, although when the windows are closed, you hear practically nothing. I think we may have picked a bad week, because the police were summoned for some teenagers in the pool. I spoke to an "owner" and she said they have never had so many people in the pool before. I would go back because overall it is much nicer than most beach properites and my "observances - not complaints" were very minor.

The condos were beautiful and Bill went out of the way to take care of us when are plans to go to Topsail, NC for Friday night fell through. It is great you have someone like him working for you. Sonya Cook show details Mar 7 Peter, we want to say thanks, you're the best. We will be back for 3 months in 2012 . We have enjoyed Jan, Feb & March 2011 in this fabulous condo. We were so impressed when we got our first look at the condo as good as the pictures above. It is very spacious and extremely well furnished, the beds are comfortable and the kiitchen very well equipped. It has a beautiful view of the marina and the inland waterway. Barefoot Landing which is a unique shopping area is a short walk over the bridge, where there are lots of stores and restaurants. The beach is a 2 minute drive away. It is central to all Myrtle Beach has to offer. The building maintenance crew is outstanding and so is Bill our local agent for any discrepancies. I would not hesitate to recommend this property . There are many golf courses in the area, too many to pick a favourite, just take advantage of the specials in the Sun News. See you next year.

I just wanted to say that my family had a wonderful vacation. Never have we stayed anywhere as nice as this where we had space and the wonderful accomandations that were in this Condo. The view was wonderful, the furnishings,decor absolutely wonderful.This was a wonderful experience renting directly from the Owner. I was a little reluctatnt at first but it was nothing but a positive experience. You and Bill were wonderful to deal with. We would love to come again and have already told some friends about you.

This was a very nice and well equipped condo. We went with another family = 4 adults and 4 boys ages 6-11, They loved the pool. Location was great in relation to restaurants and shopping. Only complaint was first 2 nights of stay had rowdy neighbors called security with little success but police showed up and there were no more issues the rest of the week. We will stay here again hopefully in the years to come. we loved the kitchen and storage space galore.

The unit was very clean when we checked in. We loved the unit and the whole Barefoot Landing area. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were quite nice. The view was magnificent, especially at night, with the boats going by and the swimming pool. The pool was very nice with just the right 0depth for our little boys to have a great time. There was a large field for them to play with their frisbee and run and jump. Barefoot Landing stores and restaurants are great. Also there are rides and bungee jumps for the kids. The beach is just a very quick drive from the condo which is nice. We did not use the shuttle and found that parking was fairly easy in the morning. Overall the kitchen was great. We have always rented condos on the ocean; however, we now prefer Barefoot Landing. We hope to return again next year. Thank you so much, Peter, for all your help and correspondence. This has been a great experience for our family.

My family and I visited Peter's condo in August of 2008 and we absolutely loved it. It was decorated very nice and was really clean, which is very important to us. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and not be right on top of one another. Even though we did not stay on or near the beach, we did not miss it at all. The pool is all you need....it is like paradise. I loved everything about it and considering visiting again this year. We recommend this place to anyone that doesn't care much about getting all sandy at the beach and would rather relax at a spa like pool. Thanks Peter for having such a wonderful place. GOOD TIMES!

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago with a few friends for a few rounds of golf. I can't say enough good things about this place! The rooms are all very nice. I love the fact that all 4 rooms have there on thermostat. They are just like the pictures on the web site which was unbelieveable. This was the first time our family rented a vacation home. It was well worth it. We were very relaxed and the condo is excellent. Furnishings were beautiful. The view was spectacular from the balcony. We were in the serenity of nature, while not being too far from shops, food, etc. The kids loved the pool and we were close enough to the beach. This is going to be a family tradition now. Peter is great to work with. He always made my day with his humor.

I have to tell you, our stay at the Yacht Club was spectacular! There actually aren't enough superlatives to describe this villa. The unit was so beautiful we didn't want to leave. My expectations were high but all of them were exceeded. My wife, family and other family members we traveled down with were all blown away by the size and beauty of the unit. I was a hero! Those other family members stayed at the Mar Vista Grande and their units could not compare. Plus they way over paid and found their units filthy when they arrived. Needless to say, I will definitely stay at the Yacht Club whenever we return. And if the gorgeous condo, pool, yacht club and view aren't enough, there are four beautiful golf courses literally three minutes away. I played all four and each was more beautiful than the other, culminating in the exclusive grandeur of the Dye Club! A great experience all around.

Everything was as Peter told us it would be. Check in was a breeze. The property was better than the pictures that he sent us. We had 5 teenagers staying with us and they all thought the place was "awesome". The pool and hot tub area are very nice. The kids spent many hours there and seemed to really like it. Sitting out by the pool area under the umbrellas looking at the intercoastal waterway was very relaxing. The location couldn't be beat. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. We will look into renting at this property when we return to Myrtle Beach.

We stayed at this condo the week of June 28-July 5 and had a great time. We had 2 families with a total of 6 girls ages 14-21 and had plenty of room (having 4 bathrms was great!). The view of all the area fireworks from the balconies on the 4th was perfect, we didn't have to fight any crowds to see them!

Hi Peter, Just reporting in about our trip to Myrtle Beach and our stay at The Barefoot Landing Resort and Yacht Club. The Condo was just as the pictures described. It was clean and beautiful. Our family enjoyed it so much. I am going to miss going out to the balcony and having my coffee and breakfast. I also liked the fact that there was no long lines to wait in to check in. This condo was everything we had hoped it would be, very spacious, very clean, and in a great location just across the intercoastal waterway from Barefoot Landing.The view overlooking the pool area and the waterway was outstanding.The four bedrooms were all large and very nicely decorated.The living room was very nice also, with a high def. Beautiful condo.Overlooking the Marina.3 balconies made for a nice view.The place was spotless.4 bathrooms were great for 4 golfers getting ready to play.Lots of storage.Pool and Dockside grill were a 2 minute walk away.Easy access to everything.The combo lock on the front door was handy. No keys to worry about.The trash chute 10 feet outside the condo came in very handy. Would definitely stay here again.Peter Cole was a pleasure to work with.

Just arrived home from a fabulous week. The condo was everything expected plus. Everyone having there own bathroom, the decor was beautiful. Seating on the balcony and watching the yachts go up and down the waterway. The children were able to go swimming and then used the hot tub. This was a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Would recommend very highly. Not have keys and using the lock combo was such a plus.

Pete & I definitely recommend Ted & Marsha Saichos's Vacation Rental at North Myrtle Beach, SC. Beautiful floor plan and specious room and the big plus everyone has their own bathroom. The View from the balcony is outstanding overlooking the marina, restaurant and pool. The best in golfing, shopping and dinning is within reach. This is where you want to stay while you are vacationing in Myrtle Beach at 1404 Barefoot. A MUST!!

I've rented 6 beach houses over the years and this is definitely the best value. The layout is fabulous - so spacious. Every bedroom with private bath is far away from the next with great living space in between. The main balcony is quite spacious too. Off season we had the extra large hot tub (you can do laps in it!) all to ourselves. Location is good; we walked to House of Blues easily. OH, and it was wonderful not to fuss with keys. How ingenious to have a combo lock box!

The condo is beautiful and well appointed. The layout is fantastic for extended families. I especially liked each of the bedrooms having a private bath. Also appreciated was each bedroom having a television and DVD player. We visit Myrtle Beach each year, and this is the nicest rental to date. The condo has a pretty view of the huge pool and intercoastal waterway. I would not hesitate to stay again. Also, Peter Cole was quick to respond to any questions I had regarding the property.

Peter,Returned home safely from our visit at Barefoot Villa #1404. Traffic coming back was horrible – nearly bumper to bumper on parts of I95. Made it back in just under 18 hours due to the delays around Washington and Baltimore due to accidents. As you may recall, we reserved for 13 persons due to the little grandchildren. As it turns out, one family didn’t show up, so we only had six adults and 2 children. And for the first four days there was only three of us. So we had plenty of room, peace and quiet. Glorious weather until the day we were leaving in the rain. The accommodations were exactly as pictured – which was a pleasant surprise. The unit was spacious, clean, well stocked with just about all the utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc. that were necessary. I did improvise and used a water bottle for a rolling pin to make my pies, however. Ha! We did note that there was no hot water to the tub in the bathroom on the left side of the living room looking out at the waterway. No, we didn’t call Bill, just didn’t use it, opting to shower the kids instead. I vacuumed three times and mopped all the tile floors twice. The vacuum bag was full, but there wasn’t a new one to replace it. I used dish detergent to clean the floor since that’s all I had bought. The washer/dryer was a godsend to keep clean towels for everyone, so thank you for that. Thanksgiving Dinner turned out well, but netted much too much food so we ended up wasting it before we left. Like others have mentioned, hand towels would be a nice feature, as well as an additional dish towel. We enjoyed the large screen TV in the living room, in addition to a TV in each bedroom, and the wireless internet access was wonderful - thank you. As others have also said, the rooms are all spacious, plenty of room for everyone, including the kids. So convenient to shopping, the beach, what a gorgeous swimming pool and hot tub, and my husband loved the adjoining golf courses.(But said the greens were fast! Ha!) Such a great layout with each bedroom having their own bathroom - enabled everyone to get ready in time for the show at Alabama Playhouse - saw the Christmas Show. We will definitely plan a return trip. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Our stay was a most pleasant experience. From the very beginning we arrived and all was in order. Like the way I was given my entry code to access the condo. The apartment was very well appointed. Comforatble furniture and beds. Lots of room throughout the apartment. A great place for all to have privacy, yet a fantastic great room for all to congregate. The kitchen was well equipped. The view of the marina and swimming pool was fantastic. Thanks for making our week here a most memorable one. Definetely will be returning and so will friends of mine. Highly recommend this unit to all.

As others have also said, the rooms are all spacious, plenty of room for everyone, including the kids. So convenient to shopping, the beach, what a gorgeous swimming pool and hot tub, and my husband loved the adjoining golf courses.(But said the greens were fast! Ha!) Such a great layout with each bedroom having their own bathroom - enabled everyone to get ready in time for the show at Alabama Playhouse - saw the Christmas Show. We will definitely plan a return trip. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

This place is GREAT - BEAUTIFUL my family had wonderful time. Each couple had there on bedroom/bath what a difference in staying in such a plush condo. I highly recommend this vacation place. Thank you for such a great place and a great time for our family. Thanks again steve

Place was great. Each bedroom with it's own bathroom was terrific for the four couples. Large kitchen and huge living room. 3 balconies are a nice plus. Great value for a huge condo. Planning on going again next year.

What a beautiful place, 4 golfers from Texas stayed for a week. We played on the great golf courses of Myrtle Beach, but nothing was as beautiful as this condo. It is very large, nicely appointed and decorated, has everything you need for a weeks stay. I guess the best way to say how nice our stay was, we are already booking for next year.

We had a fabulous time at Barefoot Landing Resort! This unit is amazing! It's beautifully decorated and well equipped. We had three families with 5 small children and had plenty of room for everyone. The layout of the condo allows for privacy when you want it. The pool is beautiful and perfect for small children. We especially loved the keyless entry to the condo, since I'm sure we would have lost the keys a few times. Peter has done a great job explaining everything to detail on this site. What you see is definitely what you get, and it's great! I will highly reccommend this condo to friends and family, and we hope to use it again in the future.

We had a great time staying in this condo. It is absoltely beautiful and it is HUGE. All the rooms are spacious and the views from the balconies are wonderful. The pool is fabulous and it was great not having to carry around keys, great extra! We would definately rent this unit again when we return to North Myrtle Beach.
