Large Living Area with windows to the gulf - Panama City Beach Vacation Rental This beautiful, new condominium located on the sugary white sands of Panama City Beach is just back on the rental market. This gulf-front complex was completed in May 2004. Gulf Crest is an amazing complex because the living, dining, and master bedroom all have full, breathtaking views of the emerald green waters. The complex is family oriented, with two large pools, two outdoor hot-tubs, kiddy pool, game room, and fitness center. The two bedroom units have 1381 sq. ft. indoor area and amazing 40 foot long balconies overlooking the gulf. Our 11th floor condo has ceramic tile floors in the great room, nine-foot ceilings and crown moulding. The living room has a 37” LCD HDTV and Bose 321 audio/DVD player. There are also 20” LCD HDTVs and DVD players in both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed. There are sliding glass doors where you can step out onto the balcony from the master bedroom. The huge, 40-foot, full privacy balcony overlooks the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit also has a queen bed in the guest room with access to the second bathroom, and two built-in bunk beds with twin-sized mattresses.
