Why the Owner Chose La Costa
We live in the area and had purchased this home as a long term rental. Our renters relocated out of the area and I quickly realized it was a fantastic home for a vacation rental.

The home has all the amenities you need in a vacation home. It has a gorgeous gourmet kitchen with every cooking essential you would need to create and enjoy cooking together...from crockpots and a fondue pot to waffle and ice cream makers,,,beautiful servingware.
You are close enough to everything San Diego and Orange County have to offer but then you return to a beautiful home to relax away from it all!
There is so much room for everyone to be together but more than enough room for your own quiet space.

We absolutely LOVED this home! Plenty of space,very clean and open, toys for kids, lots of parking, great backyard, and beautiful!! We had 5 families total including 7 children and the home fit us perfectly. Owner is very nice and willing to make your stay enjoyable. The home is very convenient to wherever you want to go from amusement parks to the grocery store. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to rent a large home for their vacation.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

This house really was great to stay in. It is in a great neighborhood. It is a big house, we had a big group and it never felt crowded. The house was in great condition and very comfortable, we stayed at the house for a full week. The pool was close and very nice. The closest beach was nice and only about 10 minutes away. The owner of the home was willing to provide whatever we needed and was very easy to work with. I would totally stay here again. We went to the Wild Animal Park, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Sea World during our stay. It was a little far to Disneyland and Knotts but not that bad, about an hour for both.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
