Cozy Beach house with Detached Apartment (total 3 bedrooms/3 baths and sitting room) BeachHouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition to the living room which has a fireplace, there is a private sitting room with another fireplace. It becomes a romantic setting especially when watching the dramatic sunsets, or the dolphins frolicking, or the cruise ships coming in.
New addition to the house is a tile patio on the beach-side with a fire-pit.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a couch bed for additional sleeping arrangements. The bathroom has a large sunken shower for two, quite romantic.
The second bedroom has a queen bed. The sitting room has a couch that opens to a bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a nice long bar to eat and entertain at. The living room is very comfortable and has satellite TV and a nice stereo and DVD.
There is a small courtyard with a Charcoal barbeque and a picnic table.
Across from the courtyard is a studio apartment. It contains a full-size kitchen with a nice bar for eating and entertaining and a queen-size bed with a couch.
There is private off-street parking so you do have total privacy.
