Casas de Soleil is a three acre private property with three vacation beach houses nestled into the Costa Rican rain forest. Our houses are set back 300 meters/yards from the beautiful beaches of Playa Carmen,Santa Teresa and Mal Pais.
Our private setting is tranquil and spacious, creating a perfect home base to gather the troops and recoup from a hard day of play or simply to relax by the pool. Concierge to assist with your vacation, whether its a day exploring local waterfalls by quad or walking out to an amazing beach.
The houses are new (designed by Colorado Architect Scott Mchale of Cottle, Graybeal and Yaw of Aspen,CO). Fully equipped kitchens.
Bedrooms are furnished with down pillows and good quality linens. Owners have 15 years experience in five star hotel management. In other words these houses have what you need in them or we get it. You will receive many of the amenities of a hotel,such of Concierge Services, daily housekeeping services. Just relax and enjoy your stay, and let The Staff at Casas de Soleil pamper you.
Houses are 300 yards from the beach in the center of Playa Carmen. The property often amazes our guests with the diversity of bird and animals that are seen from their home or patio. You are within walking distance to a number of restaurants, grocery stores, Bank's, coffee shops, bakery, sports bar,a gelato store, our famous fish store "Product C" and fun shopping. Contact me for recommendations for travel as well. We assist with the local airline reservations and/or private transportation to and from the peninsula as well as any other interest you may have in mind.

Hello Soraya and Trent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at casas de soleil! The grounds were beautiful, the casa was perfect for us and so beautifullly made. The kitchen was filled with just what we needed .I looked forward to having strong Costa Rican coffee every morning. We loved hanging out at the pool, the view was amazing. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We hope to be back in the near future. Please get in touch if you are coming to the mt. shasta area as we would love to see you. Please thank Alta and her husband for their hard work. She was as sweet as could be and her husband was busy all day taking care of the grounds. it really showed.
