This unique vacation home is 2100 square feet of professionally designed space, with an additional 700 square feet of sun deck to enjoy. The property over looks orange groves to the rear and provides privacy and tranquility in superior style. In the evenings you can watch the Walt Disney World Firework Display light up the sky from the privacy of your own pool deck. This beautiful home is light and airy and has been upgraded throughout. Italian tile runs throughout all the communal spaces and bathrooms. Marble and corian worksurfaces and high quality furniture and drapes all carefully selected and well appointed to give you that feeling of hotel style and luxury while enjoying the freedom and space of your own home. The great room is fitted with comfortable sofas and armchairs, occasional tables, interior designed drapes, TV, DVD, Video, CD player, high speed internet connection and a writing desk. The adjoining dining area has room for six to ten people to dine in style and the kitchen has all that you need to prepare a gourmet feast or to simply reheat a take out. Next to the kitchen is a breakfast nook for more casual dining. We have special bedrooms for everyone in your party! There are 2 master suites with king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. They each have private access to the pool lanai area. There are 2 twin bedrooms each with a set of single beds, walk in closets, and a shared luxury family bathroom. The 5th bedroom has a queen sized double bed and private bathroom. All the space you need and more!. We have a laundry, games room and off street parking fo two cars. There are so many things to do from the Walt Disney Parks just 15 minutes away! to Skydiving, surfing at Cocoa Beach, airboat rides or if you are fortunate witness a shuttle launch at Cape Canaveral. You will be close to Highways 27 and 192 with lots of shopping. All the most poular restaurants are close by, TGI Fridays, Houlihans, The Outback, Giordanos, Planet Hollywood and many more. Within walking distance is a children's playground, basketball court, tennis courts and soccer field. And for the items you forgot to pack, Walmart is 2 miles away!.
