It’s perfectly located in luxurious Montecito just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to great boutique shopping and dining while downtown Santa Barbara is only a short drive away.
Renters are welcome to call the property manager at any time for recommendations on dining and any questions regarding Santa Barbara.
The Cottage is also surrounded by a lush and tropical private yard and patio and includes off-street parking and a Washer/Dryer are on the premise.
Santa Barbara is the ideal spot for a vacation get-away and this Miramar Cottage has the right amenities, location and privacy to assure a dream holiday.

Description and photos of property were accurate. Property manager is helpful. Great place to stay. Quiet, very relaxing, walking distance to a very nice beach, close to shopping and cool restaurants. I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
