A full kitchen, recently renovated bathroom, high-speed internet, cable television as well as a patio set and barbecue provide the renter with plenty of conveniences. Hardwood floors and vaulted wood ceilings really compliment the look and feel of the house.
It’s perfectly located in luxurious Montecito just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to great boutique shopping and dining while downtown Santa Barbara is only a short drive away.
Renters are welcome to call the property manager at any time for recommendations on dining and any questions regarding Santa Barbara.
The Cottage is also surrounded by a lush and tropical private yard and patio and includes off-street parking and a Washer/Dryer are on the premise.
Santa Barbara is the ideal spot for a vacation get-away and this Miramar Cottage has the right amenities, location and privacy to assure a dream holiday.
