This property sits on the North Newport River which is minutes from the Intercostal waterway and Saint Catherines Sound. The marina has boat lifts and marine gas. BRING YOUR BOAT!

This property is very close to Hampton Island. If fishing and boating is your thing then you are in for REEL fun! Play all day and if you want to go to the "Big city" in the afternoon it is only a short drive. Sapelo Hammock Golf Club is one exit down.

Fort Morris at Sunbury is just around the corner and Fort McAllister is located just a short drive from home.

This condo has recently been through a total renovation. It feels like home. Hardwood and limestone floors line much of the space. New furniture along with antiques make this a place you will return to. The property is fully equipped and the only thing you need is yourself!!
