Four LOVELY Bedrooms:
* Master with king bed and luxury ensuite bathroom with roman tub, walk-in shower and his 'n' her wash basins. Telephone, 42" color cable Plasma TV with DVD. Sliding glass door to the pool area.
* Second bedroom with queen bed, 32" color cable LCD TV/DVD and shared family bathroom.
* Third bedroom Mickey & Minnie Themed with twin beds, Mickey TV , Mickey clock, lamp etc... shares family bathroom
* Fourth bedroom twin bedded situated next to the master with sliding glass door to the pool area. 26" Color cable LCD TV/DVD and PSP 2. Adjacent bathroom with large walk-in shower.
All the bedrooms have ceiling fans & ample storage and quality towels are provided in all the bathrooms.
All our rooms have designer furnishings and decor.
There is a dining room and attractive spacious family room with sliding glass doors to the lanai and pool. In the family room there is a 55" Plasma color cable TV, DVD and quality Bose Cinema Surround sound system. Library of over 80 DVDs for our guests use. Wifi internet access available.
All pool doors have child safety alarms.
Our home also features a large fully-equipped luxury kitchen with breakfast nook, large American refrigerator with icemaker and iced water, microwave, dishwasher and cooker. Quality utensils and crockery are supplied.
In addition to the breakfast nook there is seating at the breakfast bar.
The separate laundry room boasts a large washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, everything you need for your home from home.
The foyer, kitchen and laundry room are fully tiled.
Our FANTASTIC designer heated pool and raised Spa/Jacuzzi overlooks the lake and has an over-sized split level sunny screened decking area - just right for you to soak up the Florida sunshine or - if it's shade you need - sit under the lanai with it's ceiling fan. We have four large sunbeds with drinks tables and a poolside dining table and chairs for a spot of alfresco dining. Pool towels are provided.
PICTURE taking an evening dip in the spa, drink in hand, watching the evening sunset over the lake - then dinner by the pool under the moonlight. All this set against the backdrop of your very own 'light show' - courtesy of our 4-color fibre optic UNDERWATER POOL & SPA LIGHTING!
It is not quite as spectacular as our 'neighbours' at Disney World but it provides a restful and picturesque setting from which to marvel at those amazing Florida sunsets or to enjoy the majestic sight of eagles soaring overhead!

My family and I spent 8 days in this beautiful home for the Christmas holiday. We loved the home very much..It was beautifuly decorated and so very clean!! Within a few miles of all the parks. Perfect location and a nice quite community. Looking forward to another trip to sunny Florida and a second stay in this lovely home.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed at this fantastic home last winter with our children and grandchildren. The location was great, easy access for everything. The home is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the comforts of home while we stayed here. Our grandchildren enjoyed being able to use the pool everyday.

We have spent two weeks here in February of 2008 and February of 2009 - we are booked for the same two weeks of February 2010 - it is a lovely villa - cannot say enough good about it - we have rented many places and this is at the top of our favorites!!!

We spent 3 weeks here in 2006 and again for 3 weeks this year, just returning last week. This is without a doubt the best villa in the area. It has everything you need for a memorable holiday and the decor and furnishings are to the highest standard.The location is close enough, but just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of the parks and the wildlife at the little lake is awesome. We fed cranes, herons and ducks(which laid eggs within the garden)and we had eagles sitting on the street lights on a regular basis and little tree frogs bouncing about the front garden. I would recommend anyone looking at this property to book it, as you'll not find a nicer property and the management company and owners are great to deal with. The villa is immaculately clean and an absolute joy to come home to every night. We've stayed in 4 different properties previously and none are a patch on this villa.
