  We had everything we needed in our condo with exception of linens. Nice condo! Great place to stay near the pier, near great food (Nalu's and 24 hour diner), and close to other attractions. The beach is right outside your door. We will stay here from now on. Awesome place and location.

  Our family enjoyed the stay in this beacfront condo. The location is great, close to myrtle beach, not far from Charsleton. The condo was very clean.The parking is limited but you can park in a lot across the street 60ft away,was not a problem. Would reccomend staying here. Satisfied customer..

  Sorry this is so late, but I wanted to let you know that we had a great vacation. The condo was great. Very clean in all areas. We liked it so much that we would like to reserve again for next year. We are looking at dates in June again . Could you please send us the rates for 2013 and a new rental agreement ?

  Enjoyed our week long stay in this precious condo! Very clean and well kept! It had everything we needed and all the comforts of home. It was nicer than we expected and the listing pictures don't do it justice. View from the balcony is amazing! It was plenty room enough for the 4 adults in our party. Great location, immediately next door to the Garden City Pier and within walking distance to about anything you need. Parking was available underneath condo, which was a plus also. We loved being able to walk right out to the pool and beach! This was my first time at this condo, but I'll definitely be back!! Owners were great to deal with and made things so easy! Highly recommended! Thanks for making our week at the beach such a great experience!

  We loved this condo. It was clean. We had everything that we needed. Conveniently located to shops. The ocean view was spectacular. The pool was a good size and cleaned well every day. There was plenty of room in the condo, balcony was a great size. Traveled with another family who also stayed in the building. They also had a great place. Only one small problem with parking. It was hard to find a parking space. We had to park on the street overnight once. But it worked out ok! Can't wait to go back. We will definitely rent this condo again.

  In August, 2008 our two families stayed in the two condos owned by this pleasant family-friendly couple. They were always accessible and did everything to make our stay comfortable. We found excellent fresh seafood restaurants close by as well as some easy educational walking trails about 10 minutes south of this location. It was also easy to access the main highways if we wanted to get to the main attractions about 20 minutes north. However, we were always glad to get back to the condo and away from the commercial areas of Myrtle Beach. From our deck we could watch the kids playing in the pool below or in the ocean. At night, we sat outside watching the pier and the waves while listening to the music coming from the pier. It was the best of both worlds - without the crowds! If you are looking for an upscale hotel this is not for you, but if you picture a beach-front location with your 'toes in the sand' and a clean, relaxed, laid-back atmosphere with all the comforts of home and more at an affordable price - you will not be disappointed. We were not and our children keep asking when we can go back!

  This is our third year staying at Duneside III....second year renting from VRBO. This unit is WONDERFUL! Has all the comforts of home. Owners are so easy to work with...makes your vacation so much better! Perfect location and perfect price! Would highly recommend!

  We rented this condo in early August and had a fantastic time! Grocery store is on the way so we stocked up on breakfeast and lunch foods. Condo is near the pier so the kids could either go to the beach, hang at the pool, or walk around the pier and arcades. Great location. Beatiful beachfront. At night we walked the pier to listened to live music. Very close to Murrell's Inlet and all the seafood resturants. I can't wait to get back. It was such an easy place to have fun, relax or be active!
