Why the Owner Chose Sandpiper Cove
Destin has the most beautiful white sandy beaches and everything is close to Sandpiper. It is so secure with 24/7 security we never have to worry about the kids running around the resort. It is completely fenced in and security is everywhere if you need them. The kids just have a blast playing tennis, swimming and playing golf all within the confines of the resort.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This location is close to everything in Destin. The food, surf and nightlife are all within close proximity to Holiday Isle. The main benefit for us is the boat canal. They rent spaces for your boat for $150/week. It is really nice to be able to walk out your door and get right on your boat, not having to drive somewhere else or wait for a marina to get it in the water for you. It is truly convenient.
