This charming boutique resort wraps around a lush green lawn and courtyard with views to the Pacific Ocean. Sun seekers can take a short path to the beach, or enjoy the resort’s freshwater pool and shade umbrellas. By night, the courtyard is alight with welcoming fire pits perfect for a cool California evening.
Accommodations include newly renovated hotel rooms and spacious one and two-bedroom condominium style suites with fully-equipped kitchens and modern amenities.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Village:
Carlsbad is a small beach town in North County San Diego. It is well known for great shopping, restaurants, surfing, and much more. We chose the Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort because of its proximity to the beautiful Carlsbad beaches and center of the Carlsbad Village. Walk or ride a bicycle to everything you could want to do while on vacation. You can easily get to LEGOLAND California, the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and multiple famous surfing beaches. I grew up in this town and it is why people want to live in North San Diego.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The location is 66 steps to the beach and a beautiful boardwalk along the coast. The San Diego train called The Coaster is an easy two block walk. Ask about discounts at local attractions, we have tickets for sale at a cheaper price. Two of my favorite places to eat are the onsite restaurant Norte Mexican Food which has some of the best food in San Diego and also the micro-brewery Pizza Port for its amazing pizza and craft brew.
