This large 2 story luxury home is in the quite and beautiful neighborhood of Sunset Park in Santa Monica, just 12 blocks from the beach. This 2400.sq ft open-floor plan house has a very bright full kitchen with vaulted ceiling and granite counter tops, with breakfast area.
From the kitchen which is in the upper level of the house, is a large balcony with gas bbq where meals can be enjoyed looking out over the many trees and beautiful vista. Large living area with open fireplace, dining area and T.V. room. All three bedrooms are large with king sized beds in both master and guest bedroom with bunk beds in kids room, along with a queen sized fold out mattress. The master bathroom has an over sized jacuzzi tub with separate shower.
Private courtyard and garden on a 7000sq.ft. lot. Marine Park and golf course a stroll down the street includes playground, tennis courts and basket ball courts.

Walking distance to Main Street with cafes, pubs, boutiques, hip yoga studios, farmers market, supermarket, post office and many great restaurants. A stroll to famous Venice Boardwalk, a 15 minute walk along the beach to Santa Monica Pier and to Santa Monica Promenade where you'll be entertained by a variety of street artists including, musicians, jugglers and mime artists.

Minutes drive from Malibu and many spectacular beaches along the coast. Easy access to 10 freeway, 30 minutes to Hollywood and downtown L.A. 15 minutes from LAX.

  • This is a beautiful home in a great location. Our family of six was very comfortable staying here - the cost of paying for three hotel rooms would have far exceeded what we paid to stay in this amazing home. We'll definitely go back again!
