The three bedroom, three bath home has a downstairs master bedroom and adjoining master bath. Two bedrooms and full bath are upstairs, one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds that can also be converted to a king bed.
Also included is a Formal Living Room that offers guests a unique, quiet and relaxing environment and an intimate Formal Dining Area that seats six.
The large, fully equipped kitchen (all new appliances) has an adjacent casual dining area. Ample dishes, glassware, flatware,cookware and bar accessories are available. The adjoining family room includes comfortable seating, a cozy gas fireplace, 37" HD cable television equipped with a DVD/VCR player.
The home with 16 foot cathedral ceilings, ceramic tile flooring and plantation shutters, lends to a spacious atmosphere. Other features of the home include a large Roman soaking tub in the master bathroom. Each bedroom features Sealy Posturepedic Pillowtop mattresses, 100% cotton sheets and down pillows.
Guests will find luxurious plush towels, hair dryers and a makeup mirror in each bathroom, as well as Cable television and an AM/FM clock radio in each bedroom. The home has a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Also provided is a video library that includes selections for all ages. There is a Play Station II with numerous games. Various books, board games, playing cards, checkers and puzzles are provided at the house for your entertainment.

Why the Owner Chose Summerlin
I grew up in Las Vegas, I know the city has more to offer than just the "Strip" and gambling. The area around the city has some of the most beautiful scenery in the southwest. Red Rock Canyon with it scenic car ride, bike trails and rock climbing. Historical Spring Mountain Ranch and Bonnie Springs are only a 20 minute drive from the house. Mt.Charleston and Lee Canyon offer hiking, camping and biking in the summer and winter sports such as skiing and snowboarding in the winter. Hoover Dam and Lake Mead are a must to see, especially with the completion of the new bridge over the dam.
The perfect Las Vegas vacation is seeing the beautiful natural surrounding of the southwest during the day and the "Strip" and "Old Downtown" by night.

The entire area is pet friendly.
I don't just enjoy my home but the entire Summerlin Community.

My family and I rented this lovely home for the week between Christmas and new years. As soon as we walked in we were impressed. The house is beautiful inside and out and was perfect for the 3 generations that stayed there. This house felt more like a home then a vacation rental. The next time we are in Las Vegas we will definitely see if this home is available.

My husband and I stayed here for a full month and found the house very well equipped, loved having the hot tub, a quiet neighborhood, and close to shopping and golf. The only "negative" I would say is that the house had too much "stuff" aka dust collectors for my liking. I actually took piles of things to the garage during our stay in order not to feel overwhelmed. Maybe just my style . . . Less is more, in my mind.

My wife and I Rent in Las Vegas every year in order to renew our wedding vows. We have rented many other homes and none even come close to Rosemary's wonderful home. We were so happy we found Rosemary's place for our most recent visit to Las Vegas. My husband and I and our 22 month old daughter had more than enough room to settle in and make the Desert Rose feel like home. One of the nicest things (for us) about Rosemary's place was that it had everything we needed for our toddler - pack n' play, toddler bed, high chair - so we didn't have to lug a bunch of stuff with us on our flight from San Francisco. Plus everything was very clean and in great condition, which was really nice. The house was very comfortable and well appointed, but also toddler friendly (we only had to move a couple of things to a higher place to keep out of our daughter's reach) and clean. We were visiting family who also live in Summerlin so the location was not only close to our relatives but also not too far from the strip and other attractions. Rosemary was also very quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay. We will definitely make the Desert Rose our home again next time we visit Summerlin! Thanks again!
