This newly remodeled, 2300 square foot two story home, is located in the exclusive planned community of Summerlin. The three bedroom, three bath home has a downstairs master bedroom and adjoining master bath. Also included is a Formal Living Room that offers guests a unique, quiet and relaxing environment and an intimate Formal Dining Area that seats six.

The large, fully equipped kitchen (all new appliances) has an adjacent casual dining area. Ample dishes, glassware, flatware,cookware and bar accessories are available. The adjoining family room includes comfortable seating, a cozy gas fireplace, 32" HD cable television equiped with a DVD/VCR player.

The home with 16 foot cathedral ceilings, ceramic tile flooring and plantation shutters, lends to a spacious atmosphere. Other features of the home include a large Roman soaking tub in the master bathroom. Each bedroom features Sealy Posturepedic Pillowtop mattresses, 100% cotton sheets and down pillows.

Guests will find luxurious plush towels, hair dryers and a makeup mirror in each bathroom, as well as Cable television and an AM/FM clock radio in each bedroom. The home has a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Also provided is a video library that includes selections for all ages. Various books and games are also provided.

Local and long distance phone service (continental US only) is provided as well as High Speed Wireless Internet.

In the beautiful landscaped backyard you will find a six person therapeutic hot tub, gas grill, two patio dining tables with umbrellas, wood burning fire pit and additional seating.

The home is ideal for a focused, productive business trip, a fabulous Las Vegas vacation, or a cost effective relocation alternative.

The Red Rock, SunCoast, and Rampart Casinos are a few minutes drive. For the avid golfer, the TPC, Angel Park and Badland Golf Courses are less than a 5 minute commute. Area churches and parks are within walking distance. The Boca Park Shopping Center, only minutes away, has numerous specialty shops and restaurants.

Red Rock Canyon, Bonnie Springs, Spring Mountain Ranch, Mt.Charleston, Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and the Valley of Fire are all within an hours drive.

  • Desert Rose was a blessing. It was home away from home. We were there for a week long softball tourney in July and was so nice to come home at the end of the day instead of a hotel type atmosphere. Rosemary really has the house set up well. She has thought of everything. It really was a pleasure to work with Rosemary also. If we have a need to come back to Las Vegas we will definitely try to stay with Rosemary and the Desert Rose.

  • We went to Vegas for a wedding at the JW Marriott and really enjoyed being in a quiet, safe and convenient residential neighborhood for the weekend. The Desert Rose house is very clean, comfortable and roomy, and our three families each had our own space. Rosemary thought of everything to make it very livable——from well-placed towel racks to games and kitchen supplies——and we enjoyed the hot tub nightly. Thanks for the great home-away-from-home!

  • We stayed at this very attractive and comfortable vacation home for two weeks in March. We felt at home from the first moment. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, lunches on the patio, cable TV's, convenient laundry, three bathrooms, abundant closet space, and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay at this home again.

  • My parents stayed in the house for a week in November and I joined them for one night. The house was wonderful: in a quiet neighborhood, very well furnished and beautifully decorated. It feels like your own home, not like a vacation rental. It was also very nice to deal directly with Rosemary. She made the whole experience very pleasant and we highly recommend the Desert Rose!

  • We stayed here for a junior tennis tournament at the Darling Tennis Center that my daughter was playing in, and it was the perfect thing for a family! There are 4 of us, and this home was perfect. We could have shared the home with perhaps one more adult & child, with ease. Rosemary & Gregg have provided all the amenities that one might need: including sun umbrellas for watching tennis matches in the heat! We will most definitely visit here again, thank you so much!! Great location (1 mile from DTC, very close to many practice courts, stores & restaurants close by) and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

  • We enjoyed this home very much. The interior of the home is very nicely appointed and looked professionally decorated. We enjoyed the yard and jacuzzi and the peacefulness. The only negative was that, during our stay, the landscapers came into the yard at 8am to mow & edge the lawn and used a leaf blower, while we were still in bed. Other than that, we had a very positive experience. We enjoyed hiking in the Red Rock Canyon area and mountain biking at Bootleg Canyon in Boulder City.

  • I came from Boston with my sister and 1 yr old son to visit my son's biological family who live in the area. Not only is this home beautiful, it has all the conveniences of home and than some. Rosemary went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed for my son. The master bedroom is gorgeous, great backyard, and close to everything. I definitely recommend this home to anyone with children. Much nicer than a 5 star hotel for 1/2 the price, but just as luxurious. Thank you again Rosemary, we will see you next year.

  • We came in from Pennsylvania to meet family relocating from overseas. The house was everything we expected and more. Clean and comfortable. The back yard is pleasant and attractive to sit out and relax. The home is very child friendly and well equipped for a short or extended stay. The neighborhood is quiet and shopping is extremely convenient. Rosemary was a joy to work with in arranging everything and ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended.
