Not only is our home newly available for you to enjoy, but it is brand new construction as well. Be among the first to enjoy this spacious 2200 square foot home only 1/2 block from the beach. If you walk at a leisurely pace, it is only 3-5 minutes to the nearest beach access. No need to get in a hurry, remember you are on Island Time.
We have small children and this home is certainly kid friendly from the pirate theme bunk bed room to the fenced and gated private back yard with actual grass to play on....just like home. The hot tub is the largest Hot Springs offers and is covered for your child's protection (yes you may use it and please do). Beach toys and towels are provided along with an outside seashell washing station so the sand doesn't have to travel home with you. Of course, washing your clothes will be easy and convenient with the provided washer and dryer.
Your kitchen is fully stocked if you desire to cook in, or you can cook out using the gas grill located on the patio. We also provide WiFi access and unlimited long distance (within the USA of course) at no charge to you.
The Master Bedroom (King bed) and Second Bedroom (Queen bed) have pillow top mattresses with high thread count sheets for a great nights sleep. Each bedroom has it's own flat screen television with cable access and DVD player. If you feel the need to see it just a little bigger, then kick back and enjoy the 50 inch plasma screen in the family room.
Yes, bed linens and bath towels are provided at no additional charge. While you are warming up on the beach your car can stay cool in your two car garage, which is sooo nice during the Summer time.
