We loved staying here! The house is amazing it has great views from every room, it’s very clean and it has everything you need even board games! The lake was only a few steps away from the property which was nice because we went fishing. The area is really peaceful and secure. We were very sad to leave :( Can’t wait to visit again!

BEST. SUMMER.VACATION.EVER! We were a party of 9, five adults and 4 kids. The house could not have been more perfect. Beautiful setting...the deck...the pool...the lake. Everyday was paradise. Weather was perfect. Whilebeing right on the lake was wonderful, the pool is the absolute JEWEL. Everyone was completely comfortable. We wonted for nothing. Hope the same week is available next year, because we are coming back!!!

Best Place on Lake Shasta

My family rented this beautiful home for 1 week during the summer of 2009, and again during the summer of 2010. We took 4 families, and every family had their own room and private bathroom. Plenty of space to stretch out with the living room, the loft, the game room. The huge deck and hottub are a hit, and we used the BBQ several times. A huge plus is the inground pool - all the kids and adults love it. We moore our boats and waverunners right in the cove at the house and it is just fantastic!! We are already planning our trip to this home for the summer of 2012. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!!

Owner response:When I first built my dream home by the lake it was with the intention of moving my family up to Lake Shasta. Because of unforseen circumstances we were unable to move.I was left with the decision of selling the home or letting it sit there. I quickly prayed on it and was presented with the idea of a vacation rental for us and others to enjoy. Almost Perfect

This is a beautiful property! A wonderfully quiet area. Our group stayed for a week (4 families) and there was enough room for all of us. The pool is a great plus - especially for young children. The house is lakefront, but there is a fairly steep walk down to the lake if the water level is low. Well worth it, as the water is clean and beautiful, and the house is within a cove so there is almost no boat traffic so you can float around with air mattresses. There is also a firepit with plenty of room for everyone to sit around. Oh, and the huge dining room table made it a great place to share meals together. Would we stay there again? Absolutely!!!!!
