Why the Owner Chose Silverado Lodge

First I chose Utah because of the Access. No other place has access to as many ski resorts so close to the Salt Lake City airport. There are 11 major ski resorts within a 25-45 minute drive from the airport. I chose Park City because you have 3 major ski resorts withing a 3 mile drive from each other (Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons and Deer Valley). I chose The Silverado Lodge because it is Brand New and Slopeside to at Canyons and close to the Gondola. I chose the Canyons because of the exciting new developments and projects that have been completed and that are in the works.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

I love the access to your unit from the heated covered parking garage. You go into the garage, park and you are just 7-10 feet from the condo. I also love the full size heavy duty washer and dryer inside the unit. The full fitness center with 3 50" Plasma TV's make working out fun. We also have a full size heated all year round swimming pool with a Jacuzzi next to it.

The unit is spacious, about 1270 square feet. All of the fixtures are high end. Granite Counter Tops, Stone & Glass Showers, Stainless Steel Appliances, High quality leather sofas. And the Mattresses!!! Oh my goodness, They are so comfortable, it may be hard getting out of bed in the morning.

A car is nice to have in Park City but Not necessary. The shuttle stop is just 10 feet from the unit and you can sit in front of the cozy fireplace and wait for the town shuttle to come and take you just about anywhere in Park City. We also have a private shuttle for your convenience.

I first discovered Utah & Park City in 2003. I have been hooked ever since. I first came to Park City to do Race training with the Park City Masters. Bill and Bob Skinner have assembled one of the Best Race training programs anywhere. I spend about 2-3 weeks in December doing race training each year and decided that having my own place would be nice while I train there. I also figured that I could help offset the cost by renting it to nice folks who would take care of my property when I am not around.

    • I can not beat the skiing in Pack City, and after skiing blacks diamonds and double black diamonds all day, I want to back to the condo and relax in a nice hot tub. That is the best way to end my ski day and this condo had it all. I loved it, I will be back !
