This 3 bedroom villa is set in a secluded tropical garden with all amenities provided - cooking equipment, linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher,fridge/stove,and TV/VCR. Maid service is also provided. The villas are close to a large supermarket, shops, and restaurants.Cable High Speed Internet provided at no extra charge.
Voip free dialing to North America is provided as well as WIFI and computer. We have added an IPOD player and recharger.

Distance to airport: 20mins taxi ride
Paradise Island is an island but connected to New Providence (Nassau) by two bridges- no need for a ferry.
No need to rent a car- Paradise Island is tiny.
Supermarket 2 mins away
Beach 5mins walk-superb powdery sandy beach, not crowded.
Atlantis 5 mins walk-Access to Atlantis is available by an "Aquaventure Pass" purchased onsite at Atlantis.This allows full access to all the waterslides etc., equivalent to staying at Atlantis.
Beach, restaurants and casino access is open for everyone at Atlantis. If you want to view the aquarium you need a pass- approximately $30 per person(this is a "Tour of Atlantis pass")

This villa is a short 5 minute walk to Atlantis - the world famous underwater marvel. At Atlantis there is an amazing display of marine life. Sharks are bred here! It is described as a world "where an ocean runs through." Thirty restaurants are present on site, from casual to formal, and more are being built! Your Villa, when you stay, is at its doorstep. Dolphins can be seen at nearby lagoon island and at Atlantis. There are shows and entertainment on site and you are close to all the amenities of Paradise Island and Nassau. You do not need to rent a car when staying here!

  • My two brothers and I used this trip as a reunion of sorts and the accomodations were excellent. The condo is well kept and the location is perfect for a great getaway. As stated in the description it is indeed close to everything Paradise Island has to offer. And Nassau is just across the bridge which is not a bad walk. One suggestion for the condo complex, though. There are steps down as you enter the pool/resident area. They are not marked at all and the whole area is tiled so it gives the optical illusion when you get to the lower steps that it is flat. It only takes the first person on the first time down to take a step down they aren't expecting to realize this. But a sprained ankle or pulled back muscle could result. Not a fun way to start a vaction. Again, this is the condo complex, not this condo. We had a great time and the condo made it perfect for the right price. Thanks so much.

  • We stayed in Living In Paradise as well and we loved it there. We were there for a week in June and the weather was very warm and humid with the occational storms and rains (but it was warm rain). We got a great sun tan (and now we're dealing with the after effects; peeling :) It was a perfect location that was quiet and private, and it was close to almost everything: the boats, Atlantis, shopping areas, and the beach. We loved it so much and we would like to thank you John.

  • Great condo for the price! we were in the bahamas for work and my "team" loved the condo. they loved having a kitchen which saved them a lot of money. it's super close to atlantis,(as promised) the beach, etc! if you can't afford to stay at atlantis, this is the place to stay!

  • Just returned from Living in Paradise where we had a wonderful time. The townhouse is very comfortable and furnished nicely. It is within walking distance of everything you need; Atlantis, ferry to cruise ship docks, restaurants, etc. The only thing I think you should be aware of is the water pressure upstairs at the townhouse is lower then what you are probably used to, so be forewarned. If you have really thick/long hair, it takes awhile to wash/rinse but hey, it was worth the little inconvenience that presented. It is also great to have internet access without having to lug your laptop and the vonage phone was a real plus, especially when we were there and tropical storm Faye was passing over our home in Florida. We had a wonderful time and thank you again, John for providing a great place to stay at a very reasonable price by Bahamian standards!!

  • A well equipped home away from home just a short walk from Cabbage Beach and Atlantis, and yet far enough from the noisy nightlife. This townhouse is spacious enough for a small family. A comparable suite in any hotel would cost a fortune, so this accommodation is good value for a budget minded traveller. Note that vacationing in Bahamas/Nassau really is about 50% more expensive than Hawaii/Maui.

  • We had a great stay at the Villa! Mrs. Knowles the manager was very helpful. Even though there is a taxi stand around the corner she gave us two names of good drivers (dependable too!). We went to Atlantis each night after 5 PM & it was free (special offer?). Paradise Island is the best spot in Nassau, great shops, bars, restaurants et. You can walk to most everything within 10 minutes from the villa. The fish fry was nice (local eatery spot with several restaurants to choose from,) Sunday night its the place to go (before 6 if you want a seat) But the very best food was at Miss. Dorothy’s- out the driveway go right she has a trailer on the right near the taxi stand (2 minute walk). Lobster dinner for $12, extensive selection of local food, and she treats you like royalty! Snorkeling and diving at Stuarts Cove (they pick u up at your driveway), Charter Fishing, Blue lagoon to swim w/Dolphins. Weather permitting take the ferry ($6 round trip) to straw market and catch bus #10 ($1) to the Windom Casino/Hotel awesome place to snorkel around their break wall. Take a break have lunch {all you can eat $17) or drink at their out door bar. They welcome vacationers on their beach. So much to do you will love the villa to rest & relax (it has a hub for your lap top and TV in 3 rooms). There was even a nice selection of books to choose from on the days we wanted to just hang out at the pool. The pool was clean & everyone was so nice! Thanks for the Fab vacation spot.

    Want to thank you for the use of your condominium when we were in the Bahamas. We found your facility to be comfortable and not too far from all the locations, which we visited. We walked to the beaches. The beaches were quite clean and the water was great. We did the Dolphin encounter and the snorkelling adventure. Both were fun and exciting. We also saw a show at the Blue Lagoon and the King and Knights Club. Both were entertaining , especially the action. Thank you again.

    Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful and the beaches beautiful. We walked everwhere including the grocery and the fish fry. I felt very secure when the kids ventured off periodically to explore the town. Unit was well prepared and hope no "worse for wear" as a result of our visit. Thank you again, The V family
