The apartment is located in Nesso, a charming little village on Lake Como with little paths and surrounded by ancient small yet charming houses. It has been carefully restored with all modern conveniences yet keeping much of the original mill building. The mill has been divided into two apartments.
Facing directly on the Tof River, the view is a spectacular one onto a large waterfall and Lake Como itself. New with the name of Orrido di Nesso, you are completely immersed in the green and in the nature surrounded only from small buildings and far away from the sound of traffic.
The old mill apartment is the ideal place for people who like hiking and for people who want to relax within the tranquility of the mountains yet enjoy the scenic beauties of Lake Como.
Just a few steps from the house are three paths for quiet excursion in the forest of Como Lake.
Entry, corner kitchen opens to the sitting dining room with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 4 fires, electric oven, coffee machine, microwave, table with 6 chairs, double sofabed, satellite TV, fireplace and a little balcony with a very view on the lake and on the water falls.
Two bedrooms: one double and one twin that can become double. Two bathrooms: one with shower, water closet and the other with bathtub, water closet and washing machine. Outside there is a space with table, chairs, beach umbrella and barbecue.
