Year Purchased: 1990
My husband and I have lived in this area for 20 years and love the location. We are avid walkers and enjoy morning walks on the beach. I am a teacher here in Naples and my husband is a finish carpenter. Our children and grandchildren love it here as well, and they come down as often as possible. We are local and live near this rental house, so we are always available to help out in any way. We love meeting new people and sharing the wonderful year round benefits of life in a warm sunny location.
Why the Owner Chose Naples Park
We came down to Florida from northern Maine. We were tired of the cold and cloudy days and were looking for a place where you could spend your leisure time outside in a warm and sunny environment. We had two children at home at the time and wanted to be close to the beach, tennis, golf, and summer sporting activities. At this location, we can walk to the beach, a restaurant, or playgrounds and tennis. What more could you ask for in a neighborhood. Since we have lived here, the area has grown. We now have even more within walking distance such as movies, bookstores, upscale shopping, and Whole Foods. I love to relax at the beach in a comfortable lounge chair and read a good book while the children play in the surf!
