This exceptional apartment on the seventh and top floor with a large balcony and a magnificent view of the River Seine is situated in the upscale neighborhood of the 16th district of Paris, near the Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower. My husband and I bought this appartment for our family and we live there. But in the summertime, we often move to the south of France or to Normandy where we have family, and since our house in Paris is very well located, we rent it.

This railway station, within walking distance (2 minutes), serves all left bank landmarks of Paris: the Eiffel Tower, the Mus�e d'Orsay, the Louvre, and Notre-Dame.
This metro station, within walking distance (10 mn) is the one to use to go the Arc de Triomphe and to the Ecole Militaire.
This metro station, within walking distance (5 mn) is the one to use to go to the Champs-Elys�es, Elys�e Palace, and to the Grands Magasins (Printemps, Galeries Lafayette...)
At 1 rue de l'Assomption, probably one of the best tiny sushi bar in Paris. Only japanese people and connoisseurs go there.
A great place to have a walk, or to exercise in the morning. Running to the Eiffel Tower takes 10 to 15 minutes depending on your health.
Masses at 10:30, 11:00 AM on sundays (but you want to double check)
