  We had a wonderful time. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. The cabin is very cozy, the decor is new and tasteful, the location is very secluded, yet only minutes from restaurants in Prescott. We fed a grey squirrel peanuts from the cabin's stash, but he had to compete with a couple of red headed woodpeckers. For the price of a hotel room, we got more privacy, a great location amidst the pines, 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, with an island and a breakfast nook, a very comfortable living room, a downstairs family room, 2 decks to relax on, everything we needed to cook, watch movies, get online, etc. We are very pleased that we found this cabin online, and would not hesitate to go again. Thanks for sharing your retreat!

  We’ve rented VRBO properties at least a dozen times in the last 5 or 6 years. We’ve had some great experiences and some not-so good. I visited this property with my wife for a quiet retreat/getaway, and to explore Prescott. This property definitely ranks as one of the most positive and best experiences we’ve had. The property is beautiful, clean, and has a wonderful view. It came fully stocked with everything but your food! We had a small issue on arrival that Jude was very responsive, and was able to resolve in a very timely manner. The property owners generally run the property exactly like all owners should. We definitely plan on renting this property again

  My wife and I went up this past weekend to celebrate an anniversary and to escape the heat and let me just say we were thrilled with the place. Very well kept up, and while big enough for 4 it was not too big for 2. Really enjoyed the scenery, and the fact that even though it was not in Flagstaff it was just a quick car ride away from the town square. Cannot remark enough how impressed we were with how nice the cabin was, but also how responsive Jude, the host was. Any question I ever asked was responded to the same day, and quite often within an hour or two. Would definitely consider bringing the whole family next time and would reccomend this to anyone who wants to get away for some R&R.

  What an absolutely amazing place and amazing stay we had! Loved every minute of our stay here! My husband and I and our two great friends (who have been married for 30 years) came with us to Whyne’s Pines to celebrate my birthday and our 1 year anniversary! All four of us had such a wonderful time! The place is gorgeous! and we had everything we needed and then some! The view, the walks in the woods, the weather, the comfy beds, the entire atmosphere was just priceless! and of course feeding the squirrels who came to visit us on the deck several times was the highlight of our visit too! We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals in the past but hands down Whyne’s Pines was the very best out of all of them. We so appreciated all that they've done to this beautiful place to make our stay a time to remember… We will definitely be coming back!

  This place was very clean and it has everything you would need at home. We went with our three kids and everyone had a great time. We received our security deposit quickly and would love to rent this place again in the near future.

Cancellation policy:

Occupancy Agreement Whyne’s Pines 1. Check in 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.. 2. There are to be no additional guests, noncompliance with this request will result in forfeit of your deposit and you will be asked to leave. 3. All linens, towels, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans and silverware are furnished. 4. Occupants shall release owner, or agents of owner, from any injury to occupants or guests of occupants resulting from any cause whatsoever. 5. Occupant acknowledges by payment of fee that any litigation over occupancy disputes, or other, shall be settled in Peoria, Arizona pursuant to Arizona law and limited to action out-of-pocket monetary loss. 6. No warranties written or implied are made. 7. No pets allowed, noncompliance with this request will result in forfeit of your deposit and you will be asked to leave. 8. NO SMOKING inside cabin, or outside with doors and windows open allowing smoke to go inside. If there is “any” residual cigarette odor you will forfeit your security deposit and there could be additional charges in excess of $350.______ initial 9. Damage Deposit: $100 is refundable if you comply with the Occupancy Agreement and leave the cabin and it’s contents undamaged. If damage exceeds the deposit amount you will be billed for the balance. Expect One 2-5 days from your departure for return of your security deposit.
