Our Racquet Club Villa, one of the largest two-bedroom villas in Sea Pines, is a very short walk from Harbour Town with boat and sailing rentals, wonderful restaurants and shopping and the famous Sea Pines Lighthouse. Enjoy the beautiful Sea Pines beach, just a 5 minute bike ride away or take the Sea Pines Trolley during the Summer Season, which offers regular pick-up just outside our villa to and from the Sea Pines Beach Club. It is owner and guest access only.
Overlooking the Sea Marsh Course fairway, our villa (a second and third floor unit) is recently renovated including all new furniture, carpeting, tile and paint throughout. Master (with deck) and a second bedroom are upstairs, each with private bath. The main floor has half-bath, large kitchen, full laundry room, dining and living room and deck.
There is free unlimited tennis on our clay courts, as well as a private pool for Racquet Club residents and their guests only. Sea Pines offers 20 miles of biking, walking and running trails, as well as 12 miles of beach. Within minutes, you can also golf, fish, horseback ride, enjoy many water sports and view dolphins, crocs, turtles and cool birdlife!
