We stayed in this lovely home for three short weeks. There are full open views of the bay from almost every room including one bathroom. We entertained guests very comfortably with the spacious rooms and plenty of comfy places to relax. The home is very clean and well stocked with anything you could need. The owner lives in town and is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for more next year.

We stayed Mid June 2011. Beautiful Sunrises! Warm sunny mornings on the deck. Cool quiet evenings with spectactular evening skys. Accomodations were perfect. Kitchen well stocked to bring lobsters and steamers from nearby Young's Lobster Pound and the Three Tides Resturant in Belfast was GREAT. We had a WONDERFUL time! Listing is accurate, Property well maintained and clean. Owner nearby and cottege information/instructions readily available. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to a friend or relative.

We stayed here 8/21/10 - 8/30/10. Located on the shore at the end of the road, this location is totally private, yet only a mile from town. The view is spectacular. Nearly every room has a view of the ocean. We watched the lobster boats pull traps, the ospreys hunt for fish, the loons and cormorants on the water and the beautiful sunrises and moonrises. When we got there, the weather was chilly so we tried the gas fireplace. Loved it - made the living room very cosy. On the hot days, we opened the windows to catch the ocean breezes. Ceiling fans in every room. There was plenty of space inside and out and plenty of seating for everyone when our extended family came over for lobster dinner. The shore was fun - the boys and our dog spent a lot of time down there skipping rocks. With cable TV and internet, this was the perfect spot for our 2 teenage sons who set up their PS3 and played on-line while we enjoyed the ocean views from the deck. The ping pong table was a nice bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. This house was very clean, has all the comforts of home and the owner was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
