This year round lake front property is located on the "Gold Coast" just up from the McCarthy Beach State Park. The 130 feet of level lakeshore features a white sand beach that is perfect for swimming in its inviting clear water and sandy lake bottom. It is also ideal for small children, as there are no weeds or drop-offs.

This spacious lake home has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a detached game room and plenty of living space. The bedrooms will comfortably sleep 7 people. The fully equipped kitchen will give you the opportunity to enjoy a relaxing family dinner as you watch the sunset from the Western view.

During the summer, the lake features many unique recreational opportunities such as boating, water skiing, fishing or just plain relaxing in the sun with the family. Sturgeon Lake is the primary lake in the four connected lakes of the Sturgeon Chain. It also boasts one of the top 17 beaches in North America as rated by Highways Magazine. The fishing is excellent - Walleye, Northern Bass and Crappie.

During the Winter, cross country skiers and snowmobilers enjoy the scenic trails of the park that wind their way through the tall pines and Birch trees. For longer outings, explore the popular Taconite Trail for hundreds of miles of additional trails and fun.

Weekly rentals only during Summer season. Rental weeks are Saturday-Saturday.
Rate is for up to 7 occupants, $150 for each additional person.
Refundable deposit req'd at time of booking, deposit is 35% of total rental rate.
Deposit will be refunded via mail 7-10 days after completion of stay if no damage.
Full payment due 21 days prior to arrival. Payment by check or money order only.
