Because my unit is so new and I am trying to build a loyal client base, those families who love the Orlando area and would like to return time and time again, kind of a home away from home for them, you will find my unit rates very pleasing.
All rates are total rates for the stay, no hidden extras. Also remember this is not simply a hotel room with 1 bath for everyone to share, you get a fully equipped condo that sleeps a family of 6 with 2 full baths-washer dryer-2 TV/DVD-Balcony overlook huge pool and Lake Bryan.

The Blue Heron Beach Resort is an excellent starting point to experience all that Orlando has to offer. Nestled on the banks of Lake Bryan, less than one mile from the entrance to Walt Disney World, the resort is located near all major area attractions. Sea World is just 3 miles from the resort and Universal Studios is only about 7 miles away. The Orlando Convention Center can be reached within a 10 minute drive and numerous restaurants and other area attractions such as Dolly Parton’s Dixie Land Stampede can be reached within minutes.
The Resort is also close to Orlando museums, activity centers, nightspots, and Golf enthusiasts will be glad to know there are over 30 golf courses within 25 minutes of this luxury condo resort. A supermarket is also located right next to the resort with a pharmacy just across the street. Guests receive a 10% discount at the adjacent Hawaiian Rumble Adventure Mini Golf.
Our condo features tile foyers, baths and kitchens. Guests will enjoy a private balcony, fully equipped kitchens, which include granite counter tops, dishwasher, full oven, and microwave. Also included in each condo are TV with DVD players in all rooms, washer and dryer, wireless high speed internet access, individually controlled air conditioning and heat, iron and ironing board, sleeper sofa, and alarm clock radios in all bedrooms.
All bathrooms at the Blue Heron Beach Resort offer hair dryers and granite countertops, while each master bath features a Jacuzzi tub. Each condo has, in addition to the bedroom(s), a set of bunk beds which is perfect for the kids. The two bedroom luxury accommodations have the same set up in addition to the added bedroom.
Enjoy the comforts of home with resort amenities which include a fitness center, game room, concierge service, key access only elevators, heated pool with lap lane, kiddy pool, a hot tub, and sheltered parking in the parking deck. The resort is considered a self catering facility and does not provide daily housekeeping services. Daily housekeeping can be provided at an additional charge by the resort. The 24 hour front desk can help guests with any business needs (faxing, etc) as well as providing local information.

- Next door to Volcano Themed Putt-Putt. Heated pool which is very nice. Game room. Nice dock area on lake.

We love staying in the condo when we come to Orlando, we save so much money on eating, because Super Wal-Mart & Target are very close. Leaves more money for fun. Oh and the heated pool is fabulous, we swam at Thanksgiving, and did not freeze. Two Bathrooms come in handy as well. Easy to get to I-4 and so so close to Disney. We stayed at an On-Site Disney resort 1 time and did not even get a refrigerator in our room, so needless to say bottled water and sodas ran us a fortune. Not to mention when you stay in a hotel, you are usually working off 1 room and 1 bath.
