Casa Quixote, in Puerto Vallarta, offers five spacious and uniquely open residences with the look and feel of rustic Santa Fe adobe. This 4 story, earth toned hacienda was sited and designed to provide the “real Mexican experience”. The villa is built on the threshold of the former fishing village, providing you front row seats to the sights and sounds of daily life in Mexico. Located along the river in old town’s Gringo Gulch neighborhood, Casa Quixote has an “almost rural” feeling, yet is only 10 minutes walk to the ocean, malecon, shopping, restaurants, night life and historic sites.
Unlike a conventional condo building, Casa Q offers multi-room units with open floor plans and many of the comforts of your very own home. Casa Quixote’s condominiums feature generous living and dining rooms, well equipped kitchens and king-sized bedrooms with relaxing twin-person jacuzzis. Each of Quixote’s suites (except the Studio apartment) have terraces overlooking the narrow cobbled street, the Sierra Madre foothills, daily sunrises and sunsets – coupled with the color and chorus of day to day life in Mexico.
On the rooftop you can enjoy the swimming pool, complete with restaurant quality barbecue stove top and kitchen prep area. All this and one of Puerto Vallarta's most magnificent views.
Additional features and upgrades are detailed on the Casa Quixote website. Click the link below and you will be directed to the website. Once there, click the 'Home' tab to begin your tour of the site.
Please call or email for room availability. Owner and administrator are usually in Mexico and the preferred choice of contact at this time is email. You will receive a response in a timely manner. Please furnish a contact name and phone number for follow-up details.
We still have some great dates available!
These units are quite spacious and are not to be confused with a 'hotel stay'. The Studio Apartment, Casa Uno & Casa Dos easily accommodate two people each. Casa Tres & Casa Grande will accommodate four very comfortably with their split level loft arrangement. Each level has a private bath with Casa Grande also offering an upper level sitting area to relax or simply read your latest novel.
We're sorry, but the Penthouse is no longer available for rent.
ALSO: 1ST FLOOR STUDIO APARTMENT!!! Fully furnished and air-conditioned. Full eat-in kitchen, ample living room, semi-private bedroom and single bath. $500/week

We stayed 11 nights. 7 nights without children and 4 nights with children and is an ideal place to enjoy with kids or without them. The deal with the owner and the cleaning lady was very good and we feel as home. The Casa Uno is very comfortable. If we return to Puerto Vallarta again we will return Casa Quixote. The Casa Quixote close to the center in few minutes walkingRecommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Owner info
About the owner: We are a small, family run business.
Why the Owner Chose Downtown (Viejo Vallarta):
It had been a personal dream to build a unique home in Puerto Vallarta that we could share with our family, friends and guests.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We enjoy that when we are at our home, that we are living in a authentic Mexican neighborhood, not a 'pre-fab' community. We enjoy hearing the roosters, church bells and donkeys...along with the sounds of children playing on the street.
