This delightful professionally decorated Patio Villa has an open floor plan, volume ceilings, a skylight in the kitchen, and a solar tube in both bathrooms that make the home light and airy. It is located in Alhambra Village just off one of the more traveled roads so it is quiet and has no traffic. Yet it is conveniently located to both Town Squares, shopping, the library, and too many restaurants to count. See photos 1-4. This home is now taken for 2008-2009.
In addition, we have a very comfortable 3 bedroom Amarillo in Summerhill within walking distance of the neighborhood pool and just behind Southern Trace Shopping Center It is available from May 1,2008-Dec 15,2008 and again Apr 01,2009. It is fully furnished and has 2 queen beds and a fold out queen couch in 3rd bedroom. There are 3 solar tubes. A golf cart is included. $3000/ month in high season. See photos 5-9.
Everything you could ever need is right here in our homes and in The Villages, and all can be reached by a golf cart (rentable in The Villages) using the golf cart paths, underground passes, or the decoratively painted golf cart bridge over Rt 441. Try the lifestyle of The Villages with plenty of free golf and swimming, shopping, restaurants, clubs, fitness centers, bowling, bocci, pickle ball, line dancing and so much more. The 2 Town Squares provide free live entertainment/music/dancing nightly or first-run movies in the theatre complexes, indoor/outdoor shopping and wonderful restaurants. Happy hour starts the fun. Or if you want a quieter time, just relax on the lanai with a newspaper, good book, or a cup of coffee.
Optional $50 resident ID's allow you to play the executive courses for free. You can swim in the majority of the pools, gain entrance to Katie Belle's restaurant in Spanish Springs Town Square, enjoy the recreation centers, and attend movies for reduced rates. This is living the wonderful life as the residents live it.
