The Apartment has three sets of french doors opening out onto miniature Juliet balconies, it is very sunny with a view over Auckland's major parkland (The Domain) up to the Auckland Museum (a major Auckland landmark). The car park is beside the lift on the 1st floor. This lift takes you up to the apartment which is on the 4th level. Security codes are needed for entry.
All appliances are included as listed plus there is a dishwasher, heater, fan, toaster, kettle, electric frypan, iron, etc.
Parnell is a delightful area full of quaint stores, top restaurants and just a very quick walk to the Harbour front. Regular transport is on hand.

We are consultants who live in a village on the shores of Lake Taupo, some three hours drive south of Auckland.
Why the Owner Chose Parnell
We purchased the apartment from the plans over 10 years ago as an investment and also for our own use when we have need to be in Auckland.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
It is very comfortable, warm, secure and quiet,with everything you need available. Only a 2 minute walk to the centre of Parnell Village. We have an internal car park beside the elevator which takes us to the front door of our apartment. It is extremely handy to all of Auckland's activities and there is a Link bus that drives to the CBD every 10 minutes. Parnell is also very close to Newmarket, the area where Aucklanders shop, full of domestic and international store3. Newmarket is only 5 minutes away, again you can travel on the Link bus.
