We are within 10 minutes of three of the most spectacular beaches on Florida's Gulf Coast..., Siesta Key beach to the north, Nokomis Beach and Venice beaches to the south. The community is situated directly on Dryman's Bay through which passes the intracoastal waterway. The view from the private park is to the west toward Casey Key and the Gulf of Mexico. By boat, within 20 minutes (4 miles) you will be in the Gulf of Mexico. Or, within 10 minutes by boat, you can go to a remote part of Casey Key that permits people and friendly dogs to sun bathe, play in the water and enjoy life. Boat rentals are plentiful within 5-10 minutes' ride.
Boat slips are available for rent in our private marina during your stay at our home. Also available is the spectacular clubhouse which will accommodate up to 100 people for weddings, family gatherings, corporate events, etc. The clubhouse is complete with kitchen and catering facilities.
If you are a private pilot, you will find Venice Airport (VNC) just 15 minutes south of our home. There are full services available, including tie down service during your stay at our home.
Our home is one story with the rear covered, tiled and screened lanai and private solar heated swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. The private park, a two blocks' walk from our home, is situated on Dryman's Bay and overlooks the intracoastal waterway and famed Casey Key, with celebrity residents Martina Navratilova, Stephen King and assorted others. Within the community is a spectacular 187 slip deep water marina, swimming pool, tennis courts and a multi-million dollar club house that are all available for your use.
Our 2,850 square foot home has a large master suite with king bed, large living room, a brand new gourmet kitchen, dining and family room all overlooking the private screened lanai and solar heated pool. There are two additional guest bedrooms (each with queen bed) and one full bath, and a two car garage.
The property is professionally landscaped with mature palms and indigenous plants of numerous varieties. Most residents enjoy lounging on the covered lanai with our private pool. Also to be experienced is the 5 minute walk to the bay front, perfect for enjoying our beautiful Florida west coast sunsets with a glass of wine and hors d'oeuvres.

The Unique Benefits at this House
The serenity one feels being at our home cannot be adequately expressed in words. With a short walk to the bay front, watching the endless flocks of pelicans, the local ospreys, the blue herons, egrits, etc., etc. is good for the soul. There is also an abundance of under water life living and playing just beyond the water's edge..., dolphins, manatees, numerous types of fish. The intracoastal waterway is 200 yards beyond the park waterfront and offers an ever present array of boats traversing north and south to destinations unknown. Great fun!
