This unit has three balconies so you have your choice of watching a beautiful sunrise, a fabulous sunset or both. There is a well equipped kitchen and a separate laundry area.
You also have a gated entry, two car garage, pool (which you share with only five other condo's) and private access to the penthouse floor. New Smyrna Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast, is only a few steps away. Why the Owner Chose Villas at Dune Point
Diana & I visted New Smyrna Beach in the late 90's and enjoyed our stay and wanted to return. Therefore we built Dune Point Villas and we kept the penthouse unit for us and we have enjoyed it ever since.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The benefits of our location is that we are approximately two blocks from Flagler Avenue that has quite a few eatries and shopping outlets.

This condo has all you would expect for a luxurious, relaxing stay in an oceanfront unit, plus more! Six units total in the building makes for a very private, quiet atmosphere; being two blocks from the small town's main street makes going out for a day or evening of shopping and eating a pleasure - both upscale and casual; the beach is large and uncrowded and there many outdoor activities within walking distance, or a short drive!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

This is a gorgeous place to stay. The furnishing and bedding is attractive and comfortable. It is private and quiet, very well maintained, and near a variety of little shops, restaurants and nice bars - all just a couple of blocks away. An "extra" attraction is a nearby Segway dealer offering tours of the area on a Segway - they even take you onto the beach - which is a unique, fun experience. Everything you need for a relaxing, great vacation! Wish I was still there!

This condo is first class. There was plenty of room for six adults. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is very clean. It is a very safe and upscale location.

This is a beautiful, spacious and luxurious condo with great ocean views. The pool and recreation room are a nice part of the small, well maintained complex. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. This is a special place to stay at the beach!

This unit is in a great location on the beach with very convenient access to shopping and dining. Wonderful views! Small number of units in building offered lots of privacy; great security with restricted access. Building staff was highly responsive. Wouldn't hesitate on this one next time I visit New Smyrna!

This is a fabulous complex and unit. Very upscale. The complex is small and uncrowded with a nice pool and recreation room. The unit is very large and provided everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The ocean view is beautiful!

This condo is excellent for family or multiple couples. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom therefore privacy is no issue. It is within walking distance of delightful shopping and restaurants at Flagler Beach. The beach is viewed from the condo and is eaisly accessed from boardwalk. Exterior and interior decor is excellent and thrird floor view and privacy is good due to lock out elevator. Daytona Beach is a short drive away and meets all requirements for dining, shopping and entertainment.
