This wonderful like NEW Townhouse in a quiet residential community centrally located near the Beach, Restaurants and Shopping. Community has a HUGE Swimming Pool and Tennis. This property offers washer, dryer, vacuum, dish washer, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, 5 TVS, 1 built in VCR and 1 DVD, coffee pot, toaster and gas grill. All new first flooring included the porch in Oct. 2006.
This house is none smoking and pets are not allowed. However, the owner had pets in back porch only.
Huge swimming pool, tennis court and nature/fitness trail. There is no extra cost for using the pool and tennis however there will be a deposit when checking the pool pass out and the deposit will be refunded when return the pool pass. Thanks.
